Questo può essere affittato come due o quattro camere da letto, affittare un lato, o entrambe le unità superiori, o entrambe le unità inferiori, a una tariffa scontata!
La struttura è un'unità 2BR, 2 bagni in un edificio a 4 piani. Ho un'unità, l'unità di livello inferiore sul lato "B" dell'edificio è il lato occidentale. Questa è un'unità non fumatori. TV via cavo completa con TV extra nella camera da letto principale e TV a schermo piatto nel soggiorno.
All'arrivo (vedi foto) questo edificio sembra una grande casa, ma in realtà sono 4 unità, l'unità nelle foto si trova nella metà destra dell'edificio (ovest) mentre si guida, unità di livello inferiore. L'edificio è costruito su pali per elevarlo sopra la duna in modo che ogni unità abbia una vista fantastica. Questa unità è al primo livello.
Splendide viste sulla spiaggia privata e sull'acqua. Questo è un noleggio da sabato a sabato.
Per prenotare e ottenere le date desiderate, è necessario prenotare in anticipo, questa struttura prenoterà rapidamente per la stagione.
Questa è una posizione estremamente popolare con una spiaggia privata e il tuo personale addetto alla spiaggia da cui gli ospiti possono noleggiare l'attrezzatura da spiaggia.

Ocean Air 30A is our favorite place to stay on the gulf, it is located on 30A in beautiful Seagrove Beach, Florida. Over the last 10 years we've stayed in two of the five units that are available, LW & LE. We love that we can just walk out and down the stairs to a private beach, and it has chair service. The owners and managers are great to work with and the units are super clean and safe. This year we arrived to find that the owners had completely renovated the units, all new fixtures, finishes, furniture and appliances, WOW is this place gorgeous! We've already booked for next year! I highly recommend Ocean Air 30A!

I can not say enough about the beautiful beach view and easy beach access. Parking was also very convenient! We did have issues with our water heater, air condition and found a couple of bugs but Sea Grove rental agency was very easy to work with and quickly had those matters taken care of. The condo could have been a lot cleaner. We found food and a lot of sand under all furniture and dirt in corners of all the bathrooms. The kitchen was not stocked very well with cooking pot/pans (the ones that were there were very rusted). Overall the location made up for all of the negatives and we had a great time :)!
