NEW POOL / 5BR House in a great location. Amazing backyard and parking!
Casa recentemente rinnovata in una posizione perfetta. Si trova a 3 isolati dalla spiaggia / lungomare e 3 isolati dal centro della città / ristoranti. La casa dispone di 6 badge da spiaggia e dispone di un parcheggio sufficiente per circa 10 veicoli. Ci sono più ponti con un garage per 2 auto per lo stoccaggio di biciclette / sedie, ecc. Garage contiene anche una palestra con pesi liberi, panca per allenamento e rack. Tutte le camere sono ben arredate e dipinte di fresco. La cucina più recente ha un'isola centrale con granito e una sala da pranzo con mobile bar separato. Il cortile è molto grande con una bella doccia esterna, patio coperto, grill a gas naturale, pozzo del fuoco, TV, set da tavolo multipli e giochi da giardino per intrattenere. Cani OK con l'approvazione del proprietario.

House everything for a great beach week! Photos are accurate of the property and its great for a family to spend time together. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking meals, having 2 living rooms is nice. The pool is exceptional! Heated and great design for kids and swimming and is great lit up at night. The outdoor space offers shade and area for activities. House has floats and beach badges. Great location to walk to beach and boardwalk. Not providing linens is a bit tricky for planning and packing. Outdoor shower is great to rinse off. The top deck has a safety gate that latches for kids. House has beach chairs and beach toys, umbrella and wagon to bring to beach with the passes.

The house was so centrally located, we walked everywhere. The amenities were fantastic. This place made our trip so enjoyable. I would stay again, I would highly recommend !!

We loved our stay this past week at the beach house. This beach house exceeded our expectations. The backyard was our favorite place. The pool was amazing. Ed was very responsive and attentive to our needs. We definitely will rent again!

We had an amazing time, such a great property. The location was great as we could walk to the beach/boardwalk and also easily to the downtown area. The walk to the beach was a little too far for my 2 year old without a stroller but my 3 year old did it without a problem. The home was very comfortable for our group and the backyard area was amazing. There were yard games and the fire pit was great. Lots of parking. Ed was very easy to work and communicate with. Thank you for a wonderful week!
