Tutto ciò che riguarda questa bella casa ha senso! Non appena entri, c'è un senso di pace e tranquillità che ti avvolge. Che si tratti di tonalità tenui, soffitti alti o il bagliore dei meravigliosi pavimenti in legno di pino, ti senti subito a casa. L'ampia cucina ha un sacco di spazio per mangiare o intrattenere. Troverai generosi armadietti, un'enorme dispensa, un sacco di controsoffitti rifiniti in granito e elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile GE Profile. Il pranzo incorporato fa buon uso di ogni centimetro quadrato mentre un mezzo bagno completa il primo piano. Il secondo livello è dove troverai un'incredibile suite principale, un bagno privato con doppio lavabo e un piccolo terrazzo sul lato dove puoi goderti il caffè del mattino. Una camera da letto per gli ospiti della regina, bagno completo e doppia camera a castello si possono trovare anche al secondo piano. Meandro fino al terzo piano dove si trova un'altra camera per gli ospiti con 2 letti queen size e bagno privato con box doccia. La lavanderia si trova anche in questo piano. La scala a chiocciola conduce alla splendida torre del quarto piano recentemente rifinita con una fantastica vista sul Golfo, rendendolo il luogo perfetto per rilassarsi

We had 6 people stay at Perfectly Chilled the 2nd week of June at Seaside Florida and had a great experience with the home and with Homeowners Collection. A representative of Homeowners Collection met us at the home within a few minutes of our arrival to ask if we had any questions. The location of this home is perfectly located right next door to the fitness center and just steps from the adult pool and kids playground. Just a 5 minute bike ride is Seaside's pavillion and food trucks, book shop, coffee shop and a dozen places to eat. A quick 5 minute bike ride to the large family pool made this the perfect location. Just steps away from our front door was the covered pool which was a perfect relief from a hot sunny day. Homeowners Collection gives you access to the private homeowners/guest/local beach access (Tupelo St. pavillion is a 5 minute walk away and has a private bathroom and two showers to rinse off) which was not crowded at all. The kitchen could use a large frying pan as we only found an assortment of pots and a small 8" frying pan but as most travel here with families a large frying pan would be helpful in the kitchen. Publix is a quick 5-7 minute car ride or 10 minute bike ride away which was very helpful. Make your restaurant reservations well ahead of time and if you need umbrellas and chairs contact the designated company used by Homeowners Collection well ahead of your arrival or simply set up your towels behind the chair/umbrella rental company set up which worked well for us as well. The home itself was clean and true to the pictures.

We were initially booked into a 2 bedroom 3 bath unit, but earlier that day I received a call from Homeowners Collection stating that because of the rain, the roof started leaking; they would have to move us to another unit. They gave us all the pertinent information for the new rental, but when we arrived someone else was in it. We went to the office, and the 3 people from Homeowners Collection placed us in the only unit available, a 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath home. They made sure all was well before we took possession, and even sent a maintenance man over to change some burned out light bulbs. The home was right by the adult pool and the fitness center, a perfect location for us. They did an awesome job getting us a place to stay.

We had such a great time. This home was perfect. Clean, plenty of room. Tucked in the back of seaside, short walk to the beach, right behind the gym. Everything about this place was perfect. We had such a beautiful week.

Nice location and amenities. Property was clean and management helpful. Short walk to the beach even closer to family pool and playground/ pickleball courts & shuffleboard. It was very crowded during spring break with many teenagers out at night time. I don’t know that I would visit again during spring break.
