Room spacious and beautiful
Windy and waves. We were hoping for a tranquil water around the villa.

The location is as stunning as they get. The villas are superbly set up. And the food and drink is incredible, especially considering you’re at an atoll in the middle of nowhere.
Water levels below the water villas can be a bit low during low tide. Parts of the house reef are hard to access if you don’t have a beach villa adjacent.
Transfer from Malé can easily take half a day.

Thai hotel is absolutely wonderful. Nothing is too much trouble for any of the staff. The food is sensational and plentiful.
Castaway beach, the villa. Everything was just brilliant.
Our housekeeper Li Li was wonderful as well as all the staff in the dining room. So welcoming and they all made our stay amazing.
The house reef 🪸 was just stunning and we saw so many species.
The only issue I had was the drone. I think it was a guest drone, but I don't think they should be allowed for privacy reasons. It came past our villa twice!

friendly staff
pool was always too cold to use. sadly a waste of money. pool doesn’t self heat. no ac in the bathroom, only fans, would get very humid and difficult to shower or bathe. the venue was way overpriced for what it had to offer.
