Lo staff è stato sempre molto disponibile. Colazione molto buona. Abbiamo anche cenato ed era tutto molto buono e sempre adatto alle nostre esigenze.

Stanza umida al nostro arrivo, ma ci è stato acceso subito il riscaldamento e la situazione si è risolta. Bagno un po’ datato e pulizia non perfetta.

The building itself is attractive, as was my room,with tasteful décor. The TV had teletext,so I was able to check news and weather. The Restaurant was a pleasant spacious room with no loud music The staff were friendly and helpful. I enjoyed a meal there in the evening. The walk down to the Subscription Rooms and station was easy.

It was a little noisy,perhaps from equipment below the room. The bathroom was on a landing and there was someone outside whan I emerged from a bath.A dressing gown would have been helpful. It took several attempts to find access (rear,downstairs)to the breakfast room.

Convenient for a group booking. Nice bar.

Breakfast was bad, I had the shakshuka which was basically tinned tomatoes and onion, no peppers and the egg was overcooked and like leather. Bar staff weren’t very hospitable or welcoming, one member who’d finished work was sat at the bar quite drunk and being very loud. Emergency light in our room was like a beacon!
