Second time booking this exact condo. Love the location and the amenities. Super nice place to stay for the price.

Nice place for our family spring break trip. Plenty of room for 4 people and everything was clean and as described in the listing.

The property is in an excellent location with a great view. Parking was convenient and ample. The room was generally clean; however, we experienced several maintenance issues during our stay. These included a shower drain that did not drain properly, a WiFi password that did not work, and difficulty locating the remotes for the cable TV. Once located, the remote required batteries, which we had to provide ourselves. In addition, the TV picture was blurry and not formatted to full screen.I contacted the owner on Saturday evening to report these issues. As of Monday morning, I had received no response. I then reached out to VRBO support and attempted to contact the owner again without success. Later that afternoon, a lady unexpectedly arrived at the door with batteries and supplies to fix the drain, without any prior communication or explanation from the owner. The property is conveniently located right across the street from a wonderful ice cream shop. I would highly recommend the banana pudding flavor—my wife particularly loved it.While I would recommend the property’s location and view, I cannot recommend the owner or the management of this rental due to the lack of communication and proactive service.
