Casa Ave del Paraiso II - 3 è una villa di lusso con 3 camere da letto progettata con uno stile messicano contemporaneo che mantiene il sapore di un'elegante casa di lusso sulla spiaggia. In tutto l'appartamento troverete design architettonici distintivi e opere d'arte uniche che accentuano continuamente l'eleganza degli spazi. Ci sono due camere da letto / bagni en-suite (letti king size) e una terza camera da letto / bagno più piccola con due letti singoli che possono essere convertiti in un letto king size, se necessario. La villa ha una cucina completamente attrezzata e una piccola piscina e terrazza (vista sull'oceano e sulla giungla).
Casa Ave del Paraiso si trova nella Real de Conchas Chinas, una piccola comunità privata recintata a nord dello sviluppo di Conchas Chinas a Puerto Vallarta. La villa offre agli ospiti la libertà e la serenità di trovarsi in una posizione isolata e sicura lontano dal trambusto di molti altri quartieri di Puerto Vallarta senza sacrificare la comodità di una breve corsa in taxi nella Vecchia Vallarta e nel suo famoso quartiere romantico noto per i suoi ristoranti e la vita notturna .

We had the best time in PV staying at this beautiful home. The location and views from every area of the home were spectacular. We felt very safe as this was a gated community and gated home entrance. The upper floor was wide open to the outside...kitchen, dining and living room. It was amazing!!! Sandra and Luisa made a phenomenal breakfast daily and always kept the house super clean. They can also make a mean margarita!!! The house had every thing we needed and accommodated 3 couples perfectly...definitely could accommodate more. A heads up so you are prepared...the hot water in the 3 bedrooms on the lower floor goes out super quick. You have maybe 3 to 5 minutes of very hot water, then it turns very cold. We found that if you leave it running for about 3 to 5 more minutes, it gets hot again (but just for a few more minutes). Also, the beds are firm!!! I loved it, but some might not prefer such a rock solid bed. The service we were provided for this rental was quick and very easy to communicate with. They even provided massages at the house (at an additional cost). Why stay anywhere else. It was perfect vaca for us! We will definitely book here again.

Worst travel day ever melted away the second we walked in ave del parisio! The views were simply stunning. The villa was exquisite and more than we imagined it could be. The chef prepared dinner was delicious and so much needed after our crazy travel day. The rest of the days were started with an AMAZING breakfast prepared by Sandra. She was a true gem. Her giggles n smiles and hospitality were next level. And her salsas legendary. Our only complaint…. We couldn’t stay longer. Thank you Rolf for sharing your amazing property and to the girls for making us so comfortable and taken care of. Will def return.

We were two couples in the suite and it was perfect for our size of party. The views were spectacular and the proximity to the zona romantica was great without being in the loud downtown area
