Malheureusement pour un 5* on a tendance à s'attendre à la perfection et le moindre détail paraît difficilement acceptable. 2 exemples : Pas de serviettes de bain lorsque nous arrivons à la piscine à 13h30 et devoir attendre 30min pour en avoir alors qu'il n'y a que 12 transats.. La superbe carte des cocktails signature alléchante, mais finalement lorsque l'on commande il n'y en a que 2 sur 10 disponibles... Commander 2 plats et manger chacun son tour parce qu'il y a eu 20min d'attente entre son plat et le mien... Ce n'est certes que des détails pas vraiment importants mais au prix de la chambre, je m'attendais à quelque chose d'irréprochable.

Et meget flot hotel med masser af wow-faktor. Meget rent og pæne værelser med god størrelse. Personalet er venlige og opmærksomme. Rigtig god beliggenhed med gode muligheder for at udforske byen til fods.

A/C blæste kold luft lige ned i sengen, så vi blev nødt til at slukke den om natten. Fin tagterrasse på 15. etage - drinks er dog i den dyre ende.

Everything about this place was first-rate. If there was a six-star rating, it deserves that sixth star to differentiate it from the other 5-stars. The service and facilities were impeccable. The breakfast buffet was beyond good. It caters to multiple cultures. One can stay with what's comfortable or get a little adventurous; it is a great way to start the day! The gym and pool areas were a nice way to fill in some spare downtime. The available massage at the spa was also a nice stress reliever. Another feature was the rooftop bar. It provides a sweeping view of the city skyline. The location is just out of the bustle of District 1. It is approximately a 20-minute walk or a short car ride to the city center. I appreciated being slightly removed from downtown.

Absolutely no dislikes!

Everything was perfect. It’s an oasis after travelling for 20 hours to get to Vietnam! This hotel helped make Saigon feel like paradise. Very satisfied with the location, cleanliness, super comfortable bed, beautiful room, the swimming pool, helpful and friendly staff, and the delicious breakfast!

Das Ambiente und der Service sind überragend gut. Das Essen ist sehr gut gemacht und gehobene Küche. Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub verbracht und konnten fussläufig sehr viel erreichen.

A really elegant hotel , reminiscent of a bygone era but with all the mid cons . It’s in district 3 so close to museums , District 1 was a 20 minute stroll away. Lovely pool area and great sky view bar

Great staff and the upstairs club room was excellent for food and drinks. Good location and clean room.

The work on the upstairs roof terrace was every day of our stay and very loud. We weren’t informed ahead of our stay or on check in that it was taking place.

Everything was perfect. The rooms and the rooftop are so amazing. Absolutely stunning 5 star super luxury experience. The breakfast is unreal!

Breakfast staff was a bit chaotic

There is only one chair in the room. That makes sitting very uncomfortable for two people.

The cleanliness, the hotel staff, the breakfast buffet, the swimming pool, the gym, the overall luxurious feel of the hotel!

It was a bit out of the city centre, so travelling by taxi or Grab was a must.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Einzig das Travel desk war etwas unflexibel und buchte nicht die gewünschten Transferangebote sondern wollte immer seine teuren Luxus Transferangebote verkaufen. Schade

spotlessly clan hotel in a great location, easily accessible on foot to all the main sights of the city. Large and nicely appointed rooms with a super comfy bed. Good selection of food at the buffet breakfast.Nice pool, gym and spa

The staff at breakfast, whilst all very charming and well meaning, are inefficient (up to 15 mins to deliver hot drinks and longer still to cook eggs even when there are few customers). This makes breakfast a much longer meal that it needs to be and you need to allow for this if you have a tour to go on. They are also too many of them and they are overly attentive, constantly trying to clear plates whilst you're still eating and repeatedly asking to pour coffee from the coffee pot they've give you to do yourself, thus interrupting conversation to the point of being annoying. It's charming in a way but a bit tiresome and could be fixed with some better management allocating staff to watch certain tables and giving designated roles in the kitchen, currently it seems everyone falls over themselves in their eagerness to please but as a result they miss the mark. Some basic training would improve things greatly. The concierge is also well meaning but pretty useless. It seemed lots of guests had similar questions, but unlike in many other hotels, there is no file of hotel/local recommendations for the consign team to quickly refer to. Instead, they each resort to google searches every time which is time consuming and no better than you can do yourself. The general sense is that all staff are polite and very well intentioned but they lack management guidance and sufficient training to deliver really good service. Management seemed noticeable by their absence meaning non one was empowered to think outside the box, or to be flexible to customer requests. With a bit of support they could so easily transform the customer experience from Ok to excellent.

The hotel was in a very convenient location and everything was neat and clean in the hotel. Staff were all nice, quick and helpful. The bathtub was nice :) In the foyer, there was nice and quiet live piano performance as well.
