It served it’s purpose we were traveling further into Florida and needed a place to stay
The bathroom was clean but the tub needed to be scrubbed not just rinsed out
No information in the room nothing on how to use the TV
no book with information on the city or listings of restaurants and so on

The place was clean and nice
The front desk manager Cody was terrible. I booked my room through booking.com. I did not see anything about a pet fee. When I arrived, they wanted to charge me $50 for the pet. I told the front desk girl that I did not see that on booking.com so I tried to cancel my room. She said she would waive the pet fee. So we decided to go ahead and stay. I paid her $123.75 for our room. Thinking I would be all clear with booking.com. Therefore, I was charged twice once by booking.com and once from the Hilton when I called back and spoke to the front desk manager, Cody, he would not refund the extra $123.75. He charged me the $50 pet fee. They gave me a $50 deposit back when we checked out. Cody took that deposit back from me. So after the deposit and the pet fee he only refunded $20.00. It’s not so much about the money. It is about how rude he was to me. I was extremely nice to him and explained that his employee told me I would not be charged a pet fee and then he charged me and that should be on her not me she chose to waive the pet fee. I did not ask her to then I was charged for it. Booking.com needs to show the charge for a pet. There were other hotels in the same area that do not even charge for a pet the ones that do are much cheaper and I would have booked a room elsewhere had I known it was $50 for one night for one dog I will never ever stay there again.

The sausage patties were terrible they need too change and have a choice of other meats have more choices of cereals
The Tv didn't work properly and the AC we couldn't adjust like we would have liked,this Hotel is pet friendly and we couldn't sleep because a couple brought they dog that bark half the night,then in the lobby at breakfast they had the Dog jumping at peoples and barking at peoples their has too be sometype of restrictions
