Il condominio sul lungomare è stato recentemente ristrutturato nel 2018 con uno stile molto semplice e moderno. È a pochi passi da molti ristoranti, supermercati, 2 centri commerciali e la spiaggia.
Questo condominio in stile residenza sul lungomare è perfetto per il tuo soggiorno qui a St Lucia. Il condominio fa parte di una gated community di 20 unità situata nel cuore di Rodney Bay, ed è una delle 8 situate direttamente sul lungomare.
Entrando nello spazio, la cucina completamente attrezzata è a destra con una lavanderia direttamente fuori di essa. La cucina si affaccia sulla spaziosa sala da pranzo e soggiorno con una splendida vista sul lungomare del porto turistico. C'è un patio privato per godersi ulteriormente il lungomare. A questo piano terra c'è anche un mezzo bagno.
Al 1 ° piano (2 ° livello) c'è una camera matrimoniale con balcone e vista sul mare. La seconda camera da letto è anche su questo piano. La 3a camera da letto si trova al 2 ° piano (3 ° livello). Tutte le camere sono dotate di aria condizionata e bagno privato.

The condo was in a great location with lots of options within walking distance. Beach, coffee shops, restaurants, and malls. The hosts were very responsive and provided detailed information to make accessing the property easy. This is in a gated community so we felt very safe. The housekeeper came during our 8 day stay and she was very pleasant. The hosts also own a company that provides tours and we booked an awesome excursion that I would highly recommend. We booked other excursions with other companies too but the hosts company was our favorite one.
My only issue was the neighbor. They have a small child that screams most of the day as well as a dog that barks a lot. No fault of the host but just a heads up if you are planning to stay here. The neighbors themselves were really nice. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this place if you are planning a trip to St Lucia.

The communication was so smooth and Lyn answered all my questions quickly. My flight was delayed and she even gave me a later check out time with no issues. Would book again.

Host are awesome!
Location was great for food and shopping
House was the most complete/stocked place we have ever stayed in.
We will always choose this place when we are in the area

This Location and Property has everything. You can wall to the grocery stores, 5 min walk to the best beach, has everything you need to feed your family from tableware, cooking ware, spices etc. We were there for 10 days and enjoyed the local food for Lunches but relaxed in the condo after a great day at the beach. They have thought of everything. They even have 2 type of plugs so your electronics do not need an adapter. The owners were very responsive with any questions we had. We walked around town and went to grocery stores and restaurants and bars. We rented a car but you really don't need everything is in walking distance. They people in and around the area were very friendly we will miss their kindness.
