We hosted our extended family in Fredericksburg for the weekend to celebrate our 50th anniversary. Family members also stayed at the Sunday House hotel across the street which was convenient for them to walk back and forth.
The large yard was perfect for our young grandsons to play outside safely. We also set up tables and chairs (provided by the owner) in the front for our Saturday night catered dinner. Mamacitas restaurant food was delicious and convenient to pick up.
Communication with Jim was fantastic, the houses had everything you might need including soft drinks, snacks and toiletries and very conveniently located in Fredericksburg. Highly recommend.

We rented all 3 houses so multiple families could stay together while attending a wedding. It was perfect. We had a great time. The houses were very nice and exceeded our expectations. We were only a few blocks from a grocery store and other breakfast places. We will certainly stay here again.

Pictures on the listing just don't do this property justice. All of the houses are beautifully decorated and had everything we would need for our stay. The owner was responsive when we had a problem with the air conditioner, and it was resolved within a couple of hours. The location is so convenient to everything on Main Street. We loved relaxing in the communal outdoor space.
