Wonderful and restful time! Place was perfect with great access to the beach!

Check in was simple with the directions provided. Ample unassigned parking on the street side of the building. Location was great with it being only 20 driving minutes from St. Augustine. Exterior was clean, neat, and there are two elevators (or stairs) on opposite ends of the building. This condo is in the center of the second story so there is a bit of a walk but there are luggage carts and a couple grocery carts stored near the elevators to make trips up and down easier if you wish. We did not use the pool but it appeared to be quite nice. The inside of the condo we found to be better than the pictures could portray. Everything was clean, organized, and accessible. Plenty of extra linens, cooking utensils, and cookware. Microwave, refrigerator with freezer, two burner stove but no oven which is just an observation, not a complaint. Many cabinet drawers, bathroom shelving, and very strong water pressure with quick hot water. The second story balcony/lanai view we found to be even better too. Sliding glass door with a private 180 degree view of beautiful Crescent Beach. Far enough back to give you privacy but close enough that you can hear and see the waves easily. Two bar stool type chairs with a small table give you an elevated view over the railing. There are beach supplies stored on the balcony for your convenience but we didn't use any. Access to the wonderful beach is through a gate, down the boardwalk, and down steps. We recommend!

It is a nice and quiet condo. Location to a lot of good restaurants. Beautiful beach and the room is spotless as usual. Me and my wife love coming here and will be back soon.

Great place to stay

We loved our stay at this location. From watching the sunrise to dolphins swimming, it was all we could ask for. During checkin, it was the first time renting with vrbo I did not get a welcome email or text message letting me know my unit was ready. But when we got there is was clean and ready. The only "complaint" was the temperature in the bedroom with a heavy duvet was a little warm, but honestly no complaint as we just slept with the sheet. We had an issue with the curtain rod falling as the shower curtain got too heavy and dragged it down. I would recommend a more permanent rod if using a cloth curtain. But other than that, we definitely discussed coming back and staying again. Great location, great building, and it was a perfect stay for us. Thank you for having us.

Brenda’s place was exactly as advertised! Check in was super easy and convenient and the condo was adorable. You really can’t beat that view - pictures don’t do it justice. The beach was nice and quiet most days and with just a short drive to downtown St Augustine you get the best of both worlds!

Perfect getaway with the wife to end the summer. No oven, dishwasher, washing machine, or dryer, but we had everything else we needed for a weekend stay. Great location, and beach was perfect.

Property manager was lovely, this condo was well stocked and had every thing I needed for my stay and the beach. Very responsive and polite. Highly recommend!

Great view of the ocean! The condo is clean and well-furnished; easy access to the beach and close enough to all St. Augustine has to offer, but far enough away that you don’t feel like you’re in all the busyness.

This place was exactly as described and so well stocked! We didnt have any shortage of blankets, pillows, dishes, or even beach necessities. Brenda has this place ready for anything. It was super clean and the furniture is incredibly comfortable for sinking into after a long day out. The balcony offers a perfect view of the beach as well. Brenda was so quick at responding to any message I sent her and made sure we were happy with our stay. If I had to make one suggestion, it would be to maybe add a clock that works as the one above the tv was not correct LOL But other than that it is perfect here. We will 100% be coming back to this place again. Thank you Brenda!

This condo was perfect for our family vacation, this was our first time in the area and it did not disappoint. The view is amazing, the bed was very comfortable and my kids said the couch bed was also. The beach area in front of the condo never got super crowded even on weekends. The owners were super quick to reply and were very kind and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Condo was in a great location. Very cold refrigerator. Air conditioning was great. Plumbing good. The best part was the bed. It slept ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC. The owner was helpful with the check in process. I would recommend staying again.

This property did not disappoint! It was just as described and a perfect little condo for my husband and I. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. There were plenty of nice quality towels and extra area rugs in the linen closet. The living room furniture was comfortable. The kitchenette was well stocked for what it was intended for. The unit itself is in a great centralized location and the view was fabulous! It was very clean and well maintained. Highly recommend!

We will definitely be looking into reserving this same home for next summer!! We visit Crescent Beach every year, it has become home! & This place went above & beyond our expectations! It's always hard to leave but even more so this time. She has everything a person/family would need to truly enjoy each part of the trip!! Definitely a 10/10 💙

This is our second time staying at this condo. We love the location! It has a great view and close walk to beach.

Really enjoyed our stay. Spent lots of time on the balcony watching beach activities. Even got to observe a nesting Gopher Tortoise in the dunes. Great little condo!

The condo was very nice and clean. Nice ocean view from balcony. Be aware that there is no oven and no dishwasher in the kitchen. There are two burners on the cooktop. There is also no ice maker or ice trays in the condo. You have to go down the hall to the ice machine for ice. Owner was very cooperative and helpful.

This property is everything that was advertised, down to the cover picture showing the ocean, two bar chairs and table. I surprised my wife with this little trip, and I based it almost solely on the picture on the front. I judged a book by its cover, and it worked. We enjoyed four amazingly relaxing nights at this spot. The view as we walked in and turned left to look out the patio doors was a suit-case dropper. The ocean view is outstanding and as the patio doors open, stress seems to go out the door. The beach never seemed crowded, but it was very clean. The provided beach chairs meant I didn’t have to tote mine from the car. The surf was a bit rough, but it made for a beautiful background and relaxing sound. I hardly used my electronics the whole stay. I simply didn’t want to miss the eye candy. The unit was clean, well furnished in every way, and the bed was comfortable. I loved the location and the restaurant choices were refreshing and fun. I can’t say enough good things. It’s fair to say that my wife enjoyed this stay as much as I did. We will be back! Lastly, we had a small error, maybe user error (me) or VRBO. Mrs. Hobbs killed it. She called me back within a few minutes of me leaving a message and clarified some instructions for me. Great job!

This is a well maintained, beach front property. You can tell it’s someone’s personal getaway. Well stocked with all the necessities and the beach is phenomenal. The owner worked with us when the hurricane and Covid derailed a November trip. We were rebooked to a May date and couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more.

The wife and I stayed for 3 nights the first week of May. The condo, though in a complex, felt very private due to the balcony being separated by dividers, so you couldnt see anyone else on their's, and they couldn't see you. Beautiful view of the dunes and beach, made for some great sunrises and evenings while we were there. The location is not in a high traffic area, but there is convenient shopping and eateries within 15 minutes or less. The condo itself was comfortable, clean and cozy. It's in the middle of the center section, which means convenient access to both elevators and not much walk by traffic at its entrance. The complex is well maintained with a friendly staff, its pool was always clean, and it has easy access to the beach via a private boardwalk. Would definitely stay here again.

The view from this condo cannot be matched. Must be soundproofed pretty well as we heard no noise from condos around us. Lots of dishes and coffee mugs but not a lot of other kitchen items (ex. cutting board in drawer was broken in half). Lots of beach chairs on balcony. Only 2 things I would change is small table at the front door is in the way of the front door so you cannot open all the way when loading and unloading. Shower is hard to keep the water from getting in the floor (even with curtain pulled all the way on both sides). I think it might just be because its so narrow. I would still say this condo is well worth the money for the view alone.

Very nice, clean setting with a beautiful beach. Very well thought out by owner to give such a wonderful experience. All that was needed was food and suntan lotion. View from the balcony was gorgeous

Second year at Brenda’s condo at Beechers Lodge. Not really big but space used well and beautiful. Plenty of room for husband and myself and even had daughter 2 grandkids stay for weekend. Ocean right outside your balcony and large heated pool was great. We will be back next year!

Was a very relaxing stay for me. Wonderful place if you are looking for peace and quiet. The unit itself is very stylish and was just fine for an ocean front view. Brenda is also a good host, very quick to respond. I would stay here again in the future when in the area.

Clean and comfortable condo with a wonderful view of the ocean from the balcony. Short walk to the beach as well. The beach was clean and not crowded at all. We had a wonderful and relaxing stay!!

We had a great time during our trip to St Augustine. The property was as listed, clean and comfortable. The biggest perk for us was the view & we loved being steps from the beach. So nice!

The first impression we had when we opened the door was how clean everything was. The small kitchen was well equipped and met our needs. One of the elevators was closed and the other was down twice which was definitely an inconvenience.

The location is amazing, just outside the balcony is the beautiful ocean. The unit was mostly as advertised, ( laundry was not in the unit) it is great for a few adults. There were a few things that came up. First was communication with the owners, due to a schedule conflict I requested a check in change, the owners did not get back to me until the booking had started and there was no way to change check in. Second, the condo complex is currently under construction, ( not in any of the booking material or the pre arrival material). This was a an inconvenience, there were levels and units that were entirely blocked off, you would have to go up or down floors to make it to the unit. There was a lingering odor of paint and dust, not what I had expected. Third, the elevator worked intermittently. When we were checking out the elevator did not work, this was inconvenient because we had to carry everything down the stairs, not the end of the world, however, someone who has limited mobility would have an issue. This is not a bad review, the condo is amazing and you get what you pay for (view of the ocean). If I had known about the construction maybe I would have booked somewhere else, however, I would go back when the construction is completed.

The only thing that could be a negative is the water pressure in the shower

Our host has been nothing short of amazing! Due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to leave early because of a threat of our safety from hurricane Ian but she’s been stellar about keeping us updated on evacuation plans.
