Immerso in Lower Grand Lagoon, questo delizioso condominio a 277 € per notte è un eccellente opzione per il tuo prossimoviaggio. Nuova ristrutturazione in attesa del tuo ritorno in spiaggia! Il nostro condominio fronte mare è una spaziosa unità angolare di 1200 mq completamente arredata con una pianta deluxe con due camere da letto che può ospitare fino a 8 persone. L'ampio balcone frontale del Golfo ha 6 sedie, 1 lettino, 1 grande tavolo e 2 tavolini. La zona giorno comprende un divano letto Queen, un divano e una poltrona reclinabile in pelle con una grande TV a schermo piatto con cavo e un assortimento di giochi per il tuo divertimento. La sala da pranzo può ospitare 6 al tavolo e il bar della cucina può ospitare due. La cucina è ben attrezzata con elettrodomestici più recenti e vanta ripiani in granito. La master suite di grandi dimensioni ha una parete di vetro con porta scorrevole che si apre sul balcone a tutta unità sulla spiaggia ed è arredata con un letto king size, TV a schermo piatto con cavo, cabina armadio, doppio lavabo e vasca / doccia. La seconda camera è arredata con due letti matrimoniali, TV a schermo piatto a parete, ha il proprio balcone separato con 2 sedie e un tavolino e confina con il secondo bagno nell'unità. Il condominio ha moquette in entrambe le camere da letto ed è altrimenti piastrellato. C'è una lavatrice e asciugatrice nell'unità.

The property was outstanding. The owners were wonderful and tried to intervene on our behalf when the property management decided to have the balconies resurfaced and blocked our patio doors so we could not enjoy the outdoors at all for our entire stay

We usually stay by pier park but decided last minute we wanted to bring the dog. We found this dog friendly condo with a beautiful view of the ocean. The condo was well stocked with everything we would need. Plenty of room for our family of 5. We would definitely stay here again.

This was the ideal place to stay! The condo was close to the pool and beach with an awesome balcony to view the white sands. We will be going back!!

Such a wonderful place to stay on the beach that allows you to bring “all” of your family! I was pleasantly surprised to find out that it faced the beach as the pictures made it appear to be a side view. Very clean condo and property. Beach is not crowded and the unit came with chair rental.

I know its only a 2 bedroom condo. But we had 7 people and a dog comfortably. It was tight, but my family is close. We had 5 adults, 2 children, and 1 dog.
The condo itself was better stocked than any I have ever stayed in. Completely clean and comfortable. We were able to fully unpack and "move in" for the week. The views from the balcony are way better than the images in the listing show. You CAN hear the waves, see the waves, smell that salty air. You can even see the flags from the living room. The balcony has wonderful comfortable furniture that we spent almost all of our time on. The beds and couch are comfy.
The resort: I'm not sure I will ever stay in another resort at PCB. There are 5 buildings, and 3 pools. 1 of the buildings has a restaurant, and there is also a poolside tiki bar. The pools were very clean and well kept. We never had trouble getting seats. There are lots of lounge chairs and lots of tables with umbrellas. Even the bathrooms off the pool areas were clean! There are several areas of beach access right from the resort. And they all have hoses to spray off before coming back in the the resort area.
Parking was easy. You get a pass your first day there, and then you can just show the attendant anytime you're coming in. We never even had to stop outside of that 1st time. The attendants were friendly as well. There was always cleaning staff cleaning the lobby of our building and elevator and it always smelled nice. 10/10 recommend this condo!!!

This is our 2nd time staying here and we loved it!! Karen’s condo is always so clean and pretty. She is so friendly and easy to get in touch with. The extra small balcony coming off 2nd bedroom is great too! Balcony is long with nice furniture. Love staying here so much!!

However, from the balcony you cannot see the sunset which was a bummer!!! The levolor blinds are outdated and falling, but overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Great place to stay on the beach. The pools were enjoyable and the tiki bar was great. Not sure what the occasion drilling sound was coming from through the roof, and we would've liked to have dishwasher soap provided for our entire stay. But otherwise, it was great!

The condo was actually nicer than the pictures and the location was phenomenal! Karen was great and easy to communicate with! The condo was nice and clean and had more than enough space. The view from the roomy balcony was breathtaking!

Everything went great on our stay here. The condo itself was super comfortable and had everything we needed. We even played some board games they had. My favorite part was the view - right from the recliner or laying in bed, you can't beat that! Comfy beds and pillows. Everything was fully stocked. Kitchen was good to work in and had everything we needed. Plus wonderful communication with the owner. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to our friends and family.

The condo is super clean and in a great location. Very up to date and modern. Second floor end unit made for easy access and a really nice view. Morning coffee and evening sunsets from the balcony are fantastic. It is pet friendly which was great for us to be able to take our 14 year old fur baby. It was easy to get up and down with him using the stairs. There is an elevator. We just preferred the stairs because it was right by our unit.
The property is really nice. We prefer smaller, quieter venues, and less people, and this fit the bill. They have 3 pools and multiple places to access the beach. All well maintained.
Karen is very quick and easy to communicate with.

This wasn’t our first stay at the condo and it will definitely not be the last. Condo was very clean and on the quiet side of PCB. Karen and her husband are very friendly!! We love going to the beach and having a place to stay that makes you feel like you’re home makes it better!!! See you next year

Once again we had a great time and throughly enjoyed the condo. This was our second year in a row in the same condo and will plan another trip next year. You can’t beat the view, location and proximity to the beach and pool. Karen and John were excellent host and we very responsive to any questions we may have had. The area is kid friendly, it’s close to great restaurants and the easy walk to reach the water is very reasonable. It’s one of the main reasons we will be back. The condo is very clean and organized.

We had another great stay at the Dunes. The property was very clean and felt like home.
This property is nice with great detail down to the starter kit. The property’s starter kit contained toilet paper, dish washer soap, beach towels. The products were the same products I use at home. Its little things like that make it easier to settle in at day 1.
Karen and her husband were very responsive and had great suggestions on what time to go to several of the crowded restaurants that we wanted to go.

Karen was a perfect host! The room was very clean and just as the pictures showed. The kitchen was very well stocked. Location was wonderful and the view was great! The complimentary loungers and umbrella were a nice touch. What made the trip even more perfect was that we we were able to bring along our fur babies! Will definitely be back!

Karen is simply the best. Everything was described perfectly. The room is in a perfect spot for views of the beach and the great looking property. Not many condos have a back yard full of beautiful palm trees! With the room being on the second floor, we utilized the stairs right outside the front door for easy beach access. Highly recommended!
