When we entered it was very clean we had towels and beach towels,we also had 2 robes which i thought was brilliant tea,milk and wine on arrival too.. Everything you need within walking distance great restaurants lovely beach.

No air con only a fan to try and cool down and if its hot the fan blows hot but apart from that we cannot fault the place

Great location. Advance info / directions / key arrangements all excellent. Very nice apartment, all ready for us and with tea / coffee making and wine waiting. Thoughtful hosts, glad of pool towels and local info. Pool lovely too - accessed via gate from pathway outside.

Very good for families with small kids!

Very well located, comfortable clean and practical. Moreover, Sea Breeze personnel was very helpful so that our stay was easy. Highly recommended both for exploring Lanzarote and chilling out!

The location was the best part, a couple of minutes walk with kids to beach, shops and restaurants. Apartment very clean and has everything you need.

Not for a family with young kids. Pool has a shallow end but is a few feet deep. Too deep for a 7 year old and 3 year old to stand in so didn't get much use out of it. Also the water was very cold. Steps up to the Apartment very steep and no lift. Apartment on first floor and window open fully out very dangerous for kids. Luckily Amanda had someone come straight away and taped it closed which worked for us.

Apartment was lovely modern, great size access to a large pool. Already looking to book it again for another stay in a few months.

Not the easiest to find. But once I spoke to someone at booking they pointed me in right direction
