Property is in POOR repair. The gate to the property will not latch and there are several pockets of the wood fence laying on the ground. The “lawn” has not been mowed or taken care of in weeks !!The front door has significant gaps around a 1/3 of the door. Big be enough to let in hot air and insects. The ceilings in the living area and the “bedroom” have visible cracks. Then the “bathroom “. It is literally 32 inches wide. There is only a 17” space to enter the bath. When sitting on the toilet your knees touch both walls. The shower stall at the end of the “bathroom “ is only as wide as the room. Hope you don’t need to turn around. Now for the bed. It is a king size mattress sitting on top of a 30” platform. There is only a few inches on each side of the mattress. You have to step up on a box to climb up on the mattress from the end then crawl into bed. Now imagine how much fun it is trying to get out of bed. The nice picture of the deck. The furniture is rusted and filthy. No way would I use it. On the positive side — the Air Conditioner works great. If you are asking me I could not in any way shape or firm recommend this property. I am amazed that VRBO lets them list on their site.
