The stay experience was good, as we have stayed in pinnacle quite a number of times. It was easy to collect the keys and has some nice eateries around the Pinnacle location. And there is a nice lok lok just below the building on the main street.
During my this stay, one of the lift was not working. Thus only 2 lifts were serving the whole block and during 7-9pm, which was the peak period, we had to wait quite a while for the lift to arrive for both going up to the unit or heading down to the carpark.
