just a beautiful apartment with generous hosts! lots of nice touches including wine and chocolates! we had a few meals in with nicely stocked kitchen. beautiful terrace view!

the only reason I gave it a good vs excellent is the distance to the city center. while not difficult it’s a 30 minute walk, but has restaurants and cafés nearby. so if you value quiet, it’s a very good choice.

Our host was ideal. Answered my questions immediately. She was attentive to all our needs. The property was immaculately clean. The interior appeared very new and modern. The water views from the terrace were lovely. It is a very quick walk to the beach. If we returned to Split we would definitely choose to return to this property. The mattress was in great shape and didn't sag in the middle. Bedding was of good quality. Great quality of dishes, glass ware and pots and pans.

I must say there wasn't anything we didn't like.

Proximity from the beach 5 min walk and 30 min from the Split center. The view from the balcon is wonderful ! Apartment is full equipped with all the accommodations that you require. Maja, the owner and her husband were very nice and gave us very good advices to spend very good time during our holidays ( restaurants, bars, beach, etc …).

The host Maja was very friendly, she welcomed us with specialities (wine & chocolate) as well as ice cream. The Appartement was very clean and cozy. Furthermore the Appartement was fully equipped and the view from the balcony was amazing.

A strong recommendation for any family or group of friends - also for a little demanding guests as this place has very high standards. The hosts offered any help we needed. The apartment was stylish, very clean and we felt very welcome. Even better than in the pics. The apartment has two toilets, both with a shower/bathtub which was helpful for our six-member family. There is also a private parking space where we could always leave our rental van. The laundry machine, ice cube machine and the A/C worked very well for us.

We knew this, but the Split old town is a 30 min walk away - not a problem as such but good to know. Bus 8 took us back.

Nice walk into town - approximately 20 mins but probably faster without children. Great restaurants nearby, nice beach a few minutes walk away, everything you could possibly need in the appartment. Great restaurant and swimming recommendations from Marin.

Location is perfect for sea view! The host is very helpful for trips

location was great. close to beach. we can watch the sun rising and sun set from the balcony. place was very clean and owner was nice and kind
