Cleaning and comfortable
I was left my new hoodie at my room.. once I check out the room I have called them to check with housekeeping team.. but no response from anyone until now.. means they already steal. So careful guys don't left any items at this hotel pls check carefully before left the room.. once u left it's will gone .

1. No iron in room...in fact we cannot find any iron on the level floor
2. No Malaysian channel for tv...no rtm, tv3 or any local news to watch
3. Hard to find halal restaurant or food stalls around hotel
4. No train station near hotel, it's hard to get anywhere except you have your own car or book grab car to go anywhere as this hotel located on a very busy road
5. Parking also limited and it's dark and unsafe except if you managed to secure a parking in front of hotel
