Great location, tranquil and quiet. The private beach right off the patio is amazing!

First time in Costa Rica - this condo was perfect for my husband and me. Plenty of space, nicely equipped, quiet and friendly neighbors on a small private beach near Playa Flamingo beach. There were a number of beautiful beaches located within 30 minutes plus great restaurants and small markets nearby. We rented a golf cart to get around the area and a tour guide for a couple of excursions further away. Went deep-sea fishing with Saltwater Adventures which was an excellent experience. Owner had excellent communication with us and provided great recommendations. Communication from the on-site managing company (Vacasa) needs improvement. We had a few basic questions and a couple of maintenance items that took days to hear back on. The Internet connection didn't work during the week we were there -we followed up with Vacasa multiple times on this with no response. All in all, a very good experience in a beautiful area of the world!

La vista del apartamento a la playa y ver los botes pasar es espectacular. Tiene una playa muy cerca y es de poca visita de la gente por lo que es muy segura.
El departamento es seguro.
Solo tener en cuenta que no hay parqueo privado se tiene que dejar en calle el carro; el sistema de internet y televisión es deficiente; durante nuestra visita no lo repararon.
Pero el sitio es recomendable si solo se planea ir a descansar.

La vista del apartamento a la playa y ver los botes pasar es espectacular. Tiene una playa muy cerca y es de poca visita de la gente por lo que es muy segura.
El departamento es seguro.
Solo tener en cuenta que no hay parqueo privado se tiene que dejar en calle el carro; el sistema de internet y televisión es deficiente; durante nuestra visita no lo repararon.
Pero el sitio es recomendable si solo se planea ir a descansar.

Wifi is unreliable at best during business hours vs neighbors who had no issues. Property location is a dream. Also prebook your maid service as she only came once despite me asking a dozen times about it.

When I checked into the condo it was dirty and the water pressure was so bad it was impossible to take a shower. There was construction at the condo next door that made the stay unbearable. I tried to reach the property manager to help with the issues but was unable to reach him. I had to leave and stay at another place the first night because it was unbearable. I have asked for a refund but am still waiting for approval of the refund because the property owner will not respond. I paid for three nights and only stayed two hours and they have yet to give me a refund.

So bad I left after two hours
When I checked into the condo it was dirty and the water pressure was so bad it was impossible to take a shower. There was construction at the condo next door that made the stay unbearable. Nothing short of AMAZING!
Wow! What a great location. We were literally steps to the beach. We could sit on the porch and see a section of the beach where our kids played. It’s a private beach for the condos that’s nice and relaxing. There are a couple swings hanging from tree branches out above the sand. The surf at the beach in front of the condo isn’t ideal for boogie boarding, but the boards came in very handy at Flamingo beach. The house was well equipped with things we needed: soap, shampoo, paper products, towels, boogie boards, beach chairs, sun umbrella. The air conditioning was much appreciated especially when we were sleeping! We never successfully logged into the WiFi and didn’t reach out for help because we were too busy and we didn’t need to use it. Also, there were no directions for storing valuables in the safe so we didn’t use that either. The condo itself felt very safe and protected with the security guard roaming about. The iguanas were definitely a highlight as well!!

The property was as shown in the listing. However upon arrival the room wasn’t clean and the cleaning staff was in the room relaxing. Once checked in we enjoyed the property despite the lack of parking where we were told to park our vehicle on the gravel road, not the parking lot as shown. Once checked out, I received a message stating there were stained sheets and that I was going to be charged for them. Without even asking Vacasa charged my credit card for 2 pillow cases that we saw tucked under other linens in the towel closet that were absolutely disgusting! A over sight of the cleaning staff, a quick accusation of the property manager or a scam that perhaps happens to others. Be cautious, check all parts of the unit before checking in even though there isn’t physically anyone to check you in or go over anything even if there was a problem. Not a way to be treated in general, never less when you are on vacation.

We had such an amazing time in Playa Flamingo and staying at the Flamingo Resort was a highlight. Loved that our sliding glass back door opened right out to the beach. It was peaceful and relaxing. My boys loved the Iguanas that were not too shy to come close and get a snack from us!! A big thanks to Rigo who helped us with our stay and making sure we were ok while we were there!!! We would definitely stay here again

We had such an amazing time in Playa Flamingo and staying at the Flamingo Resort was a highlight. Loved that our sliding glass back door opened right out to the beach. It was peaceful and relaxing. My boys loved the Iguanas that were not too shy to come close and get a snack from us!! A big thanks to Rigo who helped us with our stay and making sure we were ok while we were there!!! We would definitely stay here again

Awesome Condo
120 feet to the Beach through a lush garden. Veg out on the porch enjoying beautiful views of Protrero Bay. The condo is perfect for one couple alone or with one or two small children. Very well equiped throughout with granite counter tops and a lot of Costa Rican wood all over. Could hardly be better. You need a car or you can walk 1/4 mile to town.

Location was great and the condo had everything we needed for our trip. Gustavo helped us with all of our needs. He was quick to respond and had the AC unit fixed ASAP and helped me with check in process. He was able to check us in early, which is awesome! The small beach was lovely to swim in. Location is also close to other near by beautiful beaches and towns. Cooking was made easy with all of the appliances provided. The condo is a bit outdated and more comfortable chairs and table for the outside would be a plus. Check in and communication can be a bit frustrating and difficult if you are traveling from a different country (download whatsapp before leaving the country so you can receive the code to the lock box) The condo is not affiliated with the rundown resort besides the sharing of the pool and there is a separate parking for your vehicle.”
