we had a very nice stay in the condo but do have a few suggestions. please consider high rise toilet in at least the master suite for elderly guests. There was difficulty getting in the unit and the code did not work on the door- one of our party members got a different code texted to them when the code did not work, but when I called an actually spoke to someone, they said the code given that did not work was correct. Luckily we were in by then. The condo was clean and very nice with great reclining sofas in the living room.

Communication with manager is excellent. We had a few issues with our unit but they were resolved within 24 hours.

We loved the room, but we had a problem with cockroaches. The condo had to be sprayed twice, and when leaving saw another one. The parking is small and very unorganized.

Had previously stayed in this building but new to this unit. Fabulous trip, perfect unit for our group!

Bug infested dump. Totally misrepresented on VRBO. Pools NOT indoor, too cold to use. Glass removed from enclosure. Unit was tired, scratched and old furniture. No screens on sliding balcony doors so could not keep open. Some dishes chipped with sharp edges ( great for children!). Could not prepare/keep food because of roaches and palmetto bugs. Exterminator was there twice still found on day 4. Really disappointed. Electric outlet in kitchen hanging out of wall. Source of roaches and unsafe. Affordable Large Properties knew the issues and our dissatisfaction, never a phone call just excuses and patronizing texts. The owner should be ashamed of the property condition. Will not rent again from Affordable and if VRBO allows this kind of misrepresentation, how can I trust the listings.

Very spacious & beautiful. We loved it here, even though our trip was cut short by Hurricane Ian! We would definitely stay here again.

10 digit door code was ridiculous…should have been 4.
TERRIBLE INTERNET….needed to check in with work and was not able. This is a heads up for anyone who rents in the future and needs to stay in contact with work.

Wonderful week
Had a fabulous week in Ocean Blue 502! The unit was spacious, clean, updated, and well equipped for 10 people! The beds were comfortable and the view was a amazing. Elevators were very quick and the entire complex was constantly being cleaned. Called on maintenance a few times for minor issues and they were very quick to respond. Only slight problem was the dryer. We had to restart it many times to dry items even after maintenance came to work on it. We would DEFINITELY stay here again!

The condo building is old, but the condo unit was spacious with four large bedrooms and bathrooms. The large balcony with great ocean views was fabulous. The kitchen was well appointed with plenty of cooking supplies. However, would prefer more cleaning supplies such as dishwasher soap, hand soap, etc. Having only two parking spaces per unit was not ideal. Overall the unit was nice. and the location was ideal.

Suite needs to be through clean. Carpet was dirty, towels old and the refrigerator linked water on the floor. Not what I expected. Communication with maintenance folks was poor at best. We called maintenance several times but to no avail. Also, too many large black spiders hanging on the parking lot outside wall. Updates are needed!

Amazing condo, service and breathtaking views.
This was the perfect place to have a great weekend get-a-way with 4 bedrooms/4 baths. The condo was spotlessly clean and super easy to access. The furniture was clean and comfortable and patio is worth every penny. The location was ideal for our group - pretty central, on the beach, but not too close to all the cheesey stuff near the strand. Only minor stuff noticed was no hairdryer - so ladies bring one with you and very basic stuff. No shampoo, hand soap or dishwash soap. It does come with dishwasher packets.

Nothing short of wonderful
Pristine property! Impeccably maintained. Nicely updated. Perfect location. Well thought out furnishings and decor. My family and Throughly enjoyed our stay at Ocean Blue 502, and will plan another week at this property in the near future. Further, my daughter forgot a few articles of clothing. I reached out to the management company and within hours, they had her belongings and mailed them right out to us.

Loved the ocean-front property!
We had a wonderful trip, and the accommodations couldn't have been better. We found everything to be very clean, and very adequate. Thank you for the very professional way all instructions and information was handled, and given to us in a very timely manner. We will, no doubt, use this facility again when planning a trip to Myrtle Beach. The property was splendid, and very convenient to not only the beach, but to shopping and to other activities offered there at Myrtle Beach. It deserves a five-star rating!

Very nice place. Windows desperately needed cleaned but place was really nice otherwise
Expected better quality towels, we knew no hand towels provided but bare bottom bath towels at this price point seems cheap. Good sized patio needs a table. Kitchen needs a pitcher, Tupperware storage for leftovers. That said would stay here again if I drive down but not if I fly, florida places we stay at have beach chairs, towels etc. I’d look for a unit that provides if I fly, again especially at this price point.

Great unit! Convenienant. Parking very tight!
Overall, was great! Plenty of room to meet up with family from different locations. Was great to have a bathroom for every bedroom. We had a few maintenance issues when we got there but they were addressed promptly after we called to report them.
Housekeeping was lacking in the unit itself. Coffee was left in the coffeepot, fingerprints all over the stainless appliances, refrigerator not clean and tile floors were not cleaned well. The grounds were very clean and staff friendly. Would definitely return!

Great view & very spacious but level of cleanliness upon arrival was disappointing
This is a great property for families and our unit was nice. Heads up though - four of the five plastic chairs on the balcony were cracked and my mom actually fell. Management staff did replace the cracked chairs but with similar ones that weren't very stable.
Nevertheless - we did enjoy ourselves and loved spending time at the beach and watching the ocean from our balcony.

Beautiful condo, very happy with the accomodations.
The condo was very clean, well kept. Beds were comfortable, living space was very nice, kitchen was well stocked with the needed utensils, dishes, pots, pans, etc. Very easy access to beach. I would book here again in a heartbeat. The only issue I would comment on is this condo is listed to accomodate 12, but it really only sleeps 10. The couch is not a pull out which is what we assumed. But they must count someone sleeping on the couch and then they have a not so comfortable blow up mattress they must use in their count. But if you are looking for a 10 person condo - I highly recommend this property. We were very pleased with our stay!!!

MOST AMAZING PROPERTY, AMAZING OWNERS, AMAZING VIEWS, EVERYTHING IS AMAZING...
FIVE STARS AREN'T NEARLY ENOUGH....but I have to work with what was given.
From the very moment we entered the condo, the view was absolutely breathtaking. Considering the fact that my family traditionally vacation in North Myrtle every year, I decided to surprise my wife this year, but ironically, I was pleasantly surprised with the property and the location.
Everything was clean, well maintained, condo was more than comfortable and spacious for a family of 6 and the leather living room furniture was the special touch that set this property apart from the rest.
I can't say enough about the hospitality of the owners. They were polite, courteous, helpful and compassionate. We have discovered our new family vacation destination. :-)
