This is my wife and I favorite getaways each year, but I must say that I will only rent if a condo is available . We like to visit your basketball ball court, the regular room doesn’t come with a basketball. Also condo have better appliances, with the gas stoves with the middle burners for cooking multiples dishes beds comforters are more to our liking in the condos, also the TVs in the rooms have the same remote and tv as the main living area. We can watch the same shows , Netflix, real Cable etc . Our stay this time , we could one watch things we didn’t want to watch in the rooms limited to nothing to watch while lounging in the room. The condos are overall better in so many ways.

The property is a nice place for a vacation.

Overall facility was nice, tv in bedroom dropped off quite often due to low signal.

The property was quiet and relaxing. The view was terrific.

Fishing off the balcony and walking distance to pool and restaurant.

It’s a great property. View is good, ease of getting there good, proximity to grocery stores, restaurants and such good. However in my opinion the property would benefit with upgrades to the kitchen. New pots and pans, better silverware, a cohesive arrangement of dish-ware and kitchen linens. Overall we enjoyed ourselves, now to do something with the Texas heat and humidity.

As the crow flies, our destination of going to Margarita bills was close. ...30 minutes by land. Our place was nice.

Excellent view of Lake Conroe. Perfect stay for Mom and I to get away from wife and Family for a weekend 😎 I’d stay here again for sure.. Very Comfortable and Clean Very Professional Thank You Janet

Spring break w my grandson, great place, close to home ,comfortable bed, fully stocked kitchen, beautiful views, birdwatching, fishing, feeding the ducks. Can't wait to go back when it's warmer to enjoy their awesome pool. The Manger is great ,very responsive. I love this place.

Had a wonderful, relaxing time at this condo. Check in was easy. Loved being so close to the water, with the ducks providing free entertainment. It is located in a nice peaceful neighborhood that has a lot of amenities. We did not visit the Wave restaurant, but it is just a short walk away. The light switches were a little confusing until we figured out what controlled what. A little trial and error will get you there, though. Would definitely stay here again.

People were in there 1/2 day and the noise was so bad. Evidently not much insulation between floors. Bath/shower needs a safety grab bar to help with getting in and out. Can get them from Amazon for $25 & it just suctions on the wall. Also, a toaster in kitchen would be nice. Recommend trying The Wave restaurant!

Our stay was great! Owner was very responsive and the view is beautiful!

My husband and I wanted a nice weekend without the kids, but that was close to where we live. This property was perfect! It had the best of both worlds. He was able to fish from the balcony and I could lay out! The view was beautiful and we enjoyed seeing the cute ducks swim by. We also took advantage of the pool and swam for a little bit. The condo was everything we expected and more. I would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I stayed Friday and Saturday and we loved it. The condo is clean and well stocked. All amenities provided. The floating balcony is so nice. Sitting outside on the balcony is peaceful and spacious. The view of the lake is outstanding. We did not want to leave and will definitely book again!

My son loved feeding the ducks, fishing from the balcony (we only had hotdogs and a kiddy pole but still caught a catfish and 2 bluegills), swimming in the pool (closed Mondays), and playing at the park down the street. We really enjoyed the panoramic views of the lake from the condo and appreciate Janet's quick responses and accommodations. Yes, the place would benefit from a little updating, but overall a great vacation spot for the price!

This condo was just like described! We enjoyed being able to fish right off the balcony. The only problem was the people that stayed above us had children that made lots of noise and ran up and down the stairs till 12pm . It sounded as though they were destroying the condo. Next time we will rent top floor.

Very nice property and in a great location.

My wife and I stayed at this nice little condo as a close-to-home weekend getaway for our 16th Anniversary. The location is fantastic! You drive through a really nice little neighborhood to get to the complex, which is adjacent to an Event Center and a neat little bar on the water. Boarding for the paddlewheel dinner cruises and a jet ski rental place is attached to this complex as well, so if that's on your agenda a short walk will get you there. While I feel the condo could use a little upgrading and we had a bit of a struggle with the sliding glass door and the vertical blinds, the treasure of this place is the little half-circle patio that juts out over the water. How relaxing to sit out there with a drink, watching the sunset, the boats and wave runners racing by and the ducks swimming and quacking right below your feet. Overall a great weekend and 5-stars for the communication and information provided by Janet.

Great place for a break from the city. Clean and comfy. Fishing off the balcony was a plus.

Condo clean. Easy to get to. Provided all necessities...no more and no less.

Janet was super communicative and her place was just as described. Definitely recommended!

As first time visitors, we were very pleased with our stay. Everything was perfect except for the couch in the living room that needs to be replaced as soon as possible. When we sat down on the couch, you just sank down, way down. My husband was not happy about that at all, but needless to say, we still tried to make the best of our whole experience. Thank you.
