La nostra cabina di South Shore è a pochi passi dal lago con una splendida vista da una spaziosa veranda. Goditi il classico fascino del lago con tonnellate di aggiornamenti moderni.
Goditi una delle migliori viste a Clear Lake dalla nostra spaziosa veranda. Con un'ottima posizione al largo di South Shore Drive, questa cabina si trova in una strada tranquilla, ma vicino ad attrazioni e attività come Clear Lake Boats Marina, con noleggio barche e moto d'acqua. PM Park è anche a pochi passi, con ottimo cibo e il famoso Tiki Bar. La cabina è anche direttamente dall'altra parte della strada da un grande molo di accesso pubblico.
Tanti servizi ti aspettano nella nostra cabina Clear Lake. Con 3 camere da letto e ora 2 bagni completi, abbiamo spazio per dormire 8. Due comode camere da letto matrimoniali e un letto a castello per bambini faranno sentire la famiglia e gli amici come a casa. La nostra spaziosa veranda sul lago offre una vista mozzafiato sul lago, e il soggiorno ha comodi divani / poltrone in pelle e una grande TV a schermo piatto con lettore Blu-Ray. Un nuovo patio sul lago e un nuovo ponte fuori dalla cucina offrono ottimi posti per rilassarsi o cenare all'aperto. La cucina è completamente arredata con tutto il necessario, inclusa una caffettiera Keurig. Vengono fornite anche lenzuola e asciugamani.
Inoltre è incluso WiFi ad alta velocità via cavo, cavo digitale ad alta definizione premium con servizio On-Demand, TV a schermo piatto in soggiorno con Blu-Ray. Nuova lavatrice e asciugatrice è disponibile. Grill a gas è anche incluso. Brocca Brita per acqua filtrata.

This lake house was the perfect location for exploring the Clear Lake/Mason City area. We were there during the off season so it was very quiet. Well equipped kitchen, nice living room, comfy bed, and great front porch.

We had a wonderful stay in the Cottage. It was also a great visit in Clear Lake. The 4 seasons room is terrific and was a great place to gather, rest and hang out. We were very comfortable.

We had a great experience at this property. It has a nice set up and was clean and spacious. Everything we needed was right there. It's close to the lake and within walking distance to many things. Hosts had excellent communication. Highly recommend!

House fantastic. View great. Sun room wonderful. Great space and decor lovely and modern. Walked everywhere. Lots of details thought of. House had a coupon issues that were delt with, but such a fantastic find and helpful manager.

The place was nice, clean and easy access to pm park. There are stairs but it was still easy access for my 80+ year old parents. They were able to access the main parts of the house by entering on the top side of the property with very few stairs.

We had an amazing week staying here! Such a cute, quaint cottage that worked perfectly for our needs. Would definitely stay here again and our friends who stayed with us were going to look into renting later this summer. Fully stocked with every we needed. The sunroom was by far my favorite spot in the house……great spot for morning coffee, socializing and evening cocktails! Owner checked in shortly after our arrival to make sure all was good. Thank you John and Terri for letting us enjoy your place!

Clear Lake was the perfect spot for my best friend and me to meet halfway for a quiet girls weekend. We spent so much time on the porch and loved the view of the lake. It’s what we both needed! We explored some shopping and bars around the area, and enjoyed Hairball at the Surf Ballroom! This property was clean, quiet and comfortable, and our hosts were amazing. We can’t wait to return!

This was a great property for a girls weekend. There was a kite festival in town which was beautiful, but cold! The property was very clean and the kitchen was well appointed. The beds were comfortable. There were plenty of towels. The living room room had lots of space to hang out. Would loved to have used the 3 season porch, but the weather was too cold.

We loved spending time in the sunroom facing the lake! The place was perfect for our needs, a weekend reunion of friends. The bunk room was really cold so we didn’t use it in our October stay.

This was our first time in Clear Lake and will likely be back. This property was beyond our expectations and John, the host, checked on us halfway thru our stay. Property was clean and had everything we needed. We loved relaxing in the sunroom/porch and enjoying the view in October.

Two couples and a dog enjoyed this place for 3 days. Loved that each of the adult bedrooms (with very comfortable beds) had a handy bathroom. We can see how a family would love the kid-friendly bunk room. Spent time outside with our coffee on the sunny south side in the morning. Loved the three-season porch. Well equipped kitchen. Everything nicely arranged for guests. Recommend it highly.

Comfortable beds; updated interior; WONDERFUL glassed and screened sunroom. We enjoyed cooking meals and the community has lots of fun things to see and do. The house was just like being at home - and we enjoyed our celebration of retirement stay in this lovely home!

We just returned from a week at this property. It was perfect! The house was clean, the towels were fluffy, and the beds were comfortable. Everything was provided for us, we couldn't have asked for anything more. We were steps away from the marina, where we rented a pontoon boat for two days. John, the owner, was wonderful to work with. Before our vacation, he was always quick to respond to any of my questions, and halfway through our stay, he even called to make sure everything was going okay. We will definately be returning. Thank you John, for opening up your home to us!

Cabin was updated/clean. Thought of everything might need - cooler to go out on boat/picnic - beach towels to shampoo & kitchen supplies. Nice to be able to walk to Tiki Bar/resturant - boat rentals - ice cream. Was nice to find a pet friendly cabin. Will be back.

We did a friends trip and this was the perfect space for us! The sun porch is the perfect spot for hanging out! You can see the lake and also watch the morning walkers! It was steps away from the tiki bar. We had a great time there - but remember the bug spray!! Short drive away from a public beach too!

We appreciated the nice decor and use of space. There’s much more room than you might think. Perfect for all of us! Beautiful sunroom looking out at the lake - perfect spot for morning coffee! Adult kids annoyed the PM Park Tiki bar just a hop/skip away yet so soundproof that we never heard any racket nearby with a lively bar over the July 4th holiday. Great place. We would definitely stay again.
