Our family of five really enjoyed the condo and its location. The only thing I would suggest is to have oven gloves/pot holders in the kitchen when cooking. We cooked half the time and this would have been useful instead we made do with the kitchen hand towels. Thanks for a great stay.

Very cozy condo on first floor. Bedroom could be a little warm at night (temps in 50s didn't help that much) with window open, fan in it and using provided swamp cooler in the afternoon (but it was August). Also, for a $710K condo (per realtor flyer above fridge), I don't know why there isn't a better bed. Older spring bed, not bad but not great - just fyi for anyone that is interested. Middle cushion on the couch sunk down, probably time to replace that couch. Overall for the location and VALUE, was a nice place to stay for the week.

The check-in time is very late. Most places have check-in at around 1500, and check-out at noon. The check-in location is not on the property - about a half a mile away, which was also inconvenient for the stay. The unit was very warm, at time of occupation (1700), even though the thermostat was set to below 60. We opened the windows and turned on all of the AC units and fans, but the room did not cool down until after midnight. The bed was uncomfortable and loud - that, added to the warm temperature left us unrested in the morning. Lastly, the check out instructions ask for guests to take the trash out - after charging a $80 cleaning fee (and leaving a 6.5 hour gap for cleaning to occur - another dig at the check-in/out times). The check-in staff was friendly and the hotel location is great. However, I would not use this property again.

We've stayed in this unit before and it was getting tired. Now that it's for sale, it's even more tired.The cable TV system is THE WORST. The lamps in the room are so old they don't know if they are on or off.We'll stay somewhere else next time.

Had a great family ski trip and really enjoyed the convenient location of Arapahoe 8102. Ground floor with quick access to main door, pool door, and locker room. As with many of these rental properties, some of the furniture was pretty well used and could benefit from replacement or repair.

Check in was extremely easy. The location is second to none in Keystone, and essentially right in River Run village. Hot tubs and heated pool are a luxury! Very satisfied with the entire experience and had an amazing time!!

Loved the condo and being on first floor. Was concerned it would be noisy but River run resort pretty quiet at night. Easy access to hot tub. Free washer and dryer down the hall. Room was clean and perfect for family of 3. Would love a better coffee pot, brews luke warm coffee. It was replaced during our stay with the same model, and it’s that model of coffee pot that is not good.

Check-in was super easy, and the underground parking was perfect since I was traveling alone with our two children. The condo was spacious and ideally located. I really couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! The kitchen supplies were a bit lacking though -- it could really use a set of hot pads and a pizza pan/baking sheet. The kids are already talking about coming back next year, and this condo is on the top of our list for our next stay.

Our family of four (2 adults and 2 children) stayed in this property for our winter ski vacation. This first floor condo has the perfect location. Close to all shops (next to the grocery store) and a short walk to the gondola. Very spacious and had all the amenities we needed. Beds are very comfortable. Would definitely book this condo again.

This condo is only about 100-150 yards from the base gondola. great for stopping back at unit for lunch & can store skis for free at the gondola area, so no carrying them back & forth during the day. Unit was very clean and comfortable. Hot tub was always available for use which was great after each day of skiing & village shops/restaurants are right next to the lodge for easy access each evening. Heated garage also a great plus. Easy checkin/checkout process. Only couple draw backs that caused me to give a 4 is the gas grill wasn't working and the unit is very warm without needing to run the heat (had to constantly open patio door to try to cool despite thermostat set at 60). Convenience was great plus for skiing and would definitely book here again.

We decided to wash our clothing before heading home. The washer / dryer was in the ski storage locker room. Be aware, if you are there in the summer, prop the door open when you run the dryer. It vents into the small laundry room. Probably awesome in the winter, not so much in the summer. :) Enjoyed our stay very much.

This was the perfect place for myself and my spouse. Loved the location being right next to the slopes. We were bathrobes out to the hot tub just down the hallway. Had a few of the ski slope. Parking- very convenient! overall I would definitely stay here again!

This property was perfect size for us two retired adults. Very cozy and modern. Easy access without climbing stairs. Small families would also love this property. Would also be great during ski season due to its “right there “ location to gondola and restaurants.

Beds were very uncomfortable. Place was very clean but hard to regulate temp. Felt like thermostat was off. Needs some maintenance help on bedroom window and patio door. Tv in bedroom kept cutting in and out. Other than that it was great. Wouldn’t stay again until they replace mattress.
