Immerso in Palm Harbor, questo delizioso casa a 115 € per notte è un eccellente opzione per il tuo prossimoviaggio. Hai l'intera casa meno il garage. Situato in un quartiere molto carino. La casa è stata costruita nel 1985 e ha alcuni aggiornamenti. È situato in posizione centrale a Tampa Bay, con le spiagge a 10 minuti di distanza. Il centro di Tampa è a solo mezz'ora di distanza. La spiaggia di Clearwater dista circa 20 minuti. La storica Tarpon Springs è a soli cinque minuti di distanza. Ha Internet superveloce da 100 MB su e giù e ha un barbecue sul retro. US 19 è la strada principale che attraversa la mia zona a 1 miglio di distanza. Un ottimo posto per una vacanza in paradiso.

General
I think business success comes from knowing the truth. While this home fit our needs quite well, it place needs upkeep. The bathroom plumbing continuous runs unless corrected. The use of one ply toilet paper is cheap. I would pay $20.00 more for the week for two ply. The TV was a nightmare. Too many channels and specialty TV when as visitors only want news and sports. Most all else was fine and if considered good guest and wanted back we would consider.

Clean quiet house in a nice neighborhood
We enjoyed our week at this very nice home. It had a nice master bedroom with a very comfortable bed with
TV in the room. Large comfortable living room and fully equipped kitchen. Very quiet neighborhood, very safe for long walks around the neighborhood. Definitely would stay here again.

Not what I expected but the price was fair
This was a nice house in a clean but crowded neighborhood with deed restrictions the owner controls the thermostat and will not allow it to be set below 76 degrees there was internet service but there was no local or live TV service no cable antenna only. The house was clean but not what I consider to be covid19 standards. I also was not able to bring a small john boat on my vacation because of the deed restrictions.

I rented this house for my great nephew and his family visiting from France. Great location, quiet neighborhood, convenient to everything. They really enjoyed there stay. Gregg is a great host.
