Spacious Mountain Side Home with Spectacular Views
The King Home è una spaziosa casa di montagna per famiglie situata nella gated community di Cliff Ridge Colony a Caesar's Head. La casa si trova sul lato della montagna e si affaccia sulla splendida area protetta di Jones Gap con oltre 2900 SF di ponti esterni e veranda sullo schermo! La casa è ideale per riunioni di famiglia, riunioni e appassionati di attività all'aperto. Gli escursionisti potranno accedere facilmente ai vicini percorsi naturalistici del Mountain Bridge e i ciclisti apprezzeranno la sfida in mountain bike di Caesar's Head.
Il piano principale è il luogo ideale per giochi, film, letture e conversazioni. Ampio soggiorno principale con camino a legna, soffitti a volta e molto spazio per distendersi e rilassarsi! Mobile TV con impianto stereo. Si apre su un grande ponte avvolgente con vista mozzafiato sulle viste sulle montagne e un grande tavolo da picnic e ampi posti a sedere! Una cucina spaziosa e ben attrezzata dispone di due frigoriferi affiancati, forno a microonde, forno di riscaldamento e stufa a gas industriale a 6 fuochi. Grande isola di lavoro e ampie stoviglie, pentole, padelle, stoviglie, ecc. Butler's Pantry con Keurig e caffettiera. Ampia sala colazione con tavolo per 8 persone. La sala colazioni si apre su un grande schermo in veranda con posti a sedere e griglia a carbone. Questo piano presenta la camera da letto principale (letto matrimoniale) con bagno privato e la camera degli ospiti (letto matrimoniale) con facile accesso al bagno completo della hall.
Il livello inferiore dispone di 5 camere da letto (4 re e 1 completo). Camera familiare con camino a gas, mobile bar e mobile TV. Angolo cottura con piano cottura, lavastoviglie e forno a microonde. Posti tavolo colazione 6. Pozzo del fuoco all'aperto. Mezzo bagno. Armadio lavanderia con lavatrice / asciugatrice.

Dupont State Forest, con le sue tre cascate, si trova a 15 minuti di auto, e Caesar's Head State Park è a meno di 5 minuti di distanza (Wi-Fi disponibile qui).
Numerosi campi da golf si trovano nella zona insieme ad attività fluviali, negozi, ristoranti ed eventi culturali, tra cui il famoso Brevard Music Festival e il Flatrock Summer Playhouse. The house has lots of room to spread out for seven singles and everything one could ask for out of a kitchen and outdoor grill. There are great views from a large outdoor porch and all in quiet and friendly neighborhood. And unlike some available homes in the general area, there is extraordinary access to nearby and extensive hiking trails. Lastly, there are services in relatively nearby Cedar Mountain, so except for grocery shopping, you do not need to drive into Brevard unless you want a wider assortment of restaurants.

This property is very nice for group gatherings as long as the air conditioner is properly maintained. The main floor with the views, family room, kitchen & 2 BRs was brutally hot from Sunday through Thursday. While the owner and the management tried to assist, they could not address the problem. Between the phone calls and the service technicians, our stay was impacted. After contact with the owner, I was refunded 10% of the booking while 33% of the house was not usable. The second floor kitchen was suggested as the fix but it had no refrigerator and no dining space! Plus all of our groceries were on the affected floor. Very disappointing. MAINTENANCE: The metal porch furniture was rusted and looked terrible. The cushions were not maintained. The outside step railing was close to broken. The stairs treads were dangerously narrow for an older person. The air conditioning filters were beyond filthy. They had not been changed in months if not years with dust hanging out of the return. The parking is problematic. This is a community where everyone drives golf carts but one was not provided. The owners expect their guests to enjoy a house that stayed at 81 or 82 degrees for four days. The Luna moth was a plus but there are carpenter bees on the main porch for those who are allergic. PLUS: The kitchen was well organized and the beds were comfortable. The community pool was fantastic though and the sunrises were amazing. The bedrooms were cute.

I stayed here over Labor Day weekend with my fiance and 10 friends for our combined bachelor/bachelorette celebration. This property was the perfect choice for our special get-together. Not only was there a bedroom for nearly every couple/guest in our party, but nearly everyone had a private bathroom. With the well-stocked industrial kitchen (and additional kitchen downstairs!) we had the perfect amount of space and appliances to cook dinners for our large group. My only complaint would be that there was not a ton of space for all 12 of us to fit at the main dining table, but nonetheless, the dining area was beautiful with a stunning wicker chandelier. Views from the decks were incredible. The local area does not have a ton to offer in the way of restaurants/entertainment, but that was expected as this is a more remote area and the closest town is Brevard (about 25 minutes away). There are hiking trails within a few miles, for which we had to pay ($3-6 per adult), but they were very nice and offered views of waterfalls. As is customary with a mountain home, the driveway was a bit steep and always required some maneuvering to get cars in/out, but we were able to fit four cars there without a problem and could've fit a fifth. Overall, we had an incredible weekend; these are just some nitpicky comments that might be helpful for the next vacationer to know. We would 100% book this place again and feel so lucky to have stayed here.

The views are stunning and the house layout is perfect for a large, extended family or friend group. There are many places for quiet sitting or gathering together. There is also so much amazing outdoor space on 3 decks and the screen porch. - all with amazing views. We had lovely weather and many in our group spent much time on the upper deck painting, reading or napping on the swing. The kitchen was the most well stocked of any house we have ever stayed. Pots and pans of all sizes, bar ware, 3 refrigerators - virtually every utensil you can think of. The chefs in our group were impressed that they had everything they needed. Our entire group of 13 raved about this house and the views.
