Incredibile e ben curato per la proprietà privata. Perfetto per il tuo prossimo inverno / primavera, scappa a Scottsdale. Ha ospitato un golfista professionista nel campo 2019 per WMPO. Convenientemente situato nel "Cuore" di Scottsdale per la gestione dei rifiuti Phoenix Open, Golf, Arabian Horse Show, Barrett Jackson Auto Auction, Spring Training, Spring Break, Hiking, Mountain bike, Road Cycling, Yoga Retreat, Exploring Arizona, Business, Power Shopping o semplicemente per rilassarti! Numerosi ristoranti e negozi nel raggio di 1 miglio. Pianta flessibile di 2000 mq. 2 letti / 2 bagni con posti a sedere bar e alto. 2 TV LCD con Apple TV e Tivo. Wifi gratis. Cucina ben attrezzata con elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile e macchina per caffè espresso. Cenare per 4 è espandibile. La sistemazione per la notte non in camera da letto viene realizzata con un gonfiabile Queen Deluxe nella camera Entry per 2 o il nuovo sedile finestra 7 '+ in schiuma per 1 nella sala colazione. Ampio patio coperto con posti a sedere in alto più un rilassante ritrovo di amache. La spa per 5 persone appena riempita è mantenuta a 104 gradi (piscina non riscaldata). Lezioni private di yoga / paddle board disponibili a pagamento e su appuntamento. Bici da crociera non disponibili. La lussureggiante area erbosa nel cortile è perfetta per il tuo animale domestico approvato. Il proprietario è un agente immobiliare con licenza in Arizona. Godere!

This property is super clean, cute, spacious, private, and had everything we needed for our week-plus stay. The owner was extremely communicative during the booking process and leading up to our stay, and he also checked in with us during our visit. He even had our favorite drinks and snacks waiting for us upon our arrival. Such a nice touch. The house is in a great neighborhood (we felt very safe), with a huge park in walking distance and tons of shops, restaurants, and drug stores/grocery stores just a short drive away. I would absolutely stay here again.

The house itself was amazing. Communication with Matt the owner was very easy and he obviously takes a great deal of pride of making sure your stay goes smoothly. Everything was well stocked and the welcome of fruit and drinks was much appreciated. The house is very well located relative to getting to shops and local attractions. Everything was in prefect working condition. Could not have had a better week.

Great stay in North Scottsdale
This was a great property. The owner was very responsive and attentive to any requests. He called before our stay and made sure we had drinks, snacks and coffee f or our first couple of days.
The yard was great (pool, hot tub, hammock…) and made our stay vey comfortable. Great place to stay with dogs too.
The house is close to all amenities. I recommend this house and it’s owner without any reservations!!

This house is in a great location - nice, quiet neighborhood; easy walk to restaurants and stores. But the photos don’t reflect how the house is. There were 13 wind chime/mobiles hanging in the backyard. There are a lot of personal photos, trophies, plants, personal touches around the house. It feels like the owner lives there and moves out on a temporary basis to rent the house. (A city official came to the house looking for the owner, which reinforces that opinion. And vitamins and prescription bottles in the pantry.) There are only two chairs by the pool - if you have guests, there is no other pool seating. The description is “well equipped.” We had to buy a spatula, there is no hair dryer, and as with all vrbo rentals, the pans were In terrible shape. There are only three glass glasses, and they don’t match. I could not recommend this property at this price.

Matt was a gracious host... the house was perfect for our family. We enjoyed all the added touches... especially the consistently heated hot tub. The location was perfect for all our adventures. Great hospitality!!!

He showed us around the property when we first arrived, brought over gas when the grill ran out, and checked on a maintenance concern we had. We enjoyed walking to the park and past the golf course nightly. It was a great location- close to golf courses and restaurants. We would definitely stay again when we’re back in Scottsdale.

He showed us around the property when we first arrived, brought over gas when the grill ran out, and checked on a maintenance concern we had. We enjoyed walking to the park and past the golf course nightly. It was a great location- close to golf courses and restaurants. We would definitely stay again when we’re back in Scottsdale.

Comfortable Home
Matt is a gracious and helpful host. The house is clean and roomy with all the necessary amenities. The location is convenient to shopping and restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. We would stay there again.

Great host!
Matt was a great host! We happened to be renting his home on the week when the coronavirus hit and there was a run on toilet paper at every store in town. Matt was gracious enough to bring us extra supplies for the week.

Nice, clean, quite place
place was just what we wanted and very clean. Matt is a great host. Neighborhood is nice and peaceful. We used this as home base for lots of activities in the Scottsdale area. Will be back
