Benvenuti a Villa 69 nell'edificio 1! Questa villa offre una vista completa sull'oceano con porte francesi che si aprono sul balcone dal soggiorno e da entrambe le camere da letto. Con il divano letto matrimoniale, può ospitare fino a sei, quindi è un ottimo rapporto per due o tre coppie o una famiglia. Ci sono tre grandi TV a schermo piatto nella villa, così come la connessione internet wireless gratuita. Usa la cucina ben fornita per servire spuntini o pasti alla tua famiglia; tutto ciò che devi fare �� passare dal VONS locale per raccogliere i tuoi prodotti alimentari. Really nice location and terrific balcony view from all rooms. The golf cart that was included was a plus, minus that the brake didn't work properly, and we had to use a rock to make sure it didn't roll away. And a little nit-pick, if I'm paying an extensive price per night for a place, I shouldn't have to make sure to take out the trash and wash dishes before I leave.

The pictures from the balcony were the deciding feature for choosing the villa, gorgeous views overlooking the water, and so very quiet, we appreciated being high up on the hill and got in lots of steps going up and down four flights a few times each day. This particular villa is not recommended for anyone who cannot carry their luggage up/down the steps, or have a physical disability walking. We were in a beautifully decorated villa with plush towels in the bathroom, nice art on every wall, and a well stocked kitchen with everything needed to prepare meals, although we ate out every meal except for breakfast. The six-person golf cart was easy to use, and gas was expensive, but it was very efficient and our five day stay only required one gallon to top off the tank. The rental office was very helpful when we couldn't remember the wifi code so be sure to check the texts from them where it was first listed. The villa was clean and the requirements for leaving it were reasonable, not much to pick up after other than ensuring a clean kitchen, although we did strip the beds and put the sheets and used towels in a pile. The condo association rules are very specific so read them carefully, especially regarding quiet time. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would come back without hesitation next time we choose Catalina for a vacation!

Everything about our stay was beautiful, especially the view. We spent most of our time on the large deck. The golf cart was an excellent bonus and fun taking around town.The beds were comfortable and the place was clean and equipped with all we needed. Hamilton Cove is a Gem. Quiet, peaceful and relaxing.My girlfriends and I plan on returning!

Clean but dated. Really needs updated. For $1200.00 per night. I would think that the owner would be able to update furnishings every 10 years or so. All furnishings appeared worn and very dated. The Golf Cart was in terrible condition.
