The property was clean and very nice. The staff at Pinnacle were very nice and responsive. The coffee maker didn't work and they were fast to replace it the next day. What I did find disappointing was the hot tub. One of the main reasons we chose that property. The water was cloudy right from the start. The bromine dispenser was practically empty when we got there. Between my wife and I we made 4 phone calls or texts to Pinnacle to get a Hot Tube service man to the property, we also sent pictures to them. I also told them it was low on water. I have no doubt that Pinnacle made the calls to whomever services the Hot Tub. Needless to say, they never showed up, the water remained low and very cloudy. I would suggest to the owner that they find a better pool company to service their Hot Tub. Very disappointing !

Absolutely one of the best places I’ve stayed at in breck. I was looking for lodging during one of the busiest times of the year for the area and so glad I landed on this place. The pictures don’t do it justice. It was wonderfully designed and large enough for our crew of 7 people the place was well stocked and very clean. The view is just incredible. Huge gratitude from me and my family.

We enjoyed the beautiful four bedroom home high in the mountains in Breckenridge. It is well stocked and cared for. Just a short drive to Main Street. This home has a great kitchen and a large master bedroom and bath. Parking is only for two vehicles so having anyone visit is difficult.

Wonderful views, comfortable spacious 4 bedroom 3 1/2 bath house allowed everyone to spread out and congregate for family times. Hot tub great after skiing/snowboarding all day. Well equipped kitchen. Short walk uphill for ski/town shuttle. Down to house not too bad but a little of a challenge walking uphill to shuttle with skis - snowboard not bad. Radiant heat a little of challenge moderating - especially downstairs - downstairs peep slept with windows open. Overall a great stay. We would definitely rent again.

This rental property was great. It's about a 10 minute drive to the Quick Silver chair or the Breck Gondola which was great for us. Amazing view of Breckenridge and the mountain, plenty of space for a group of 8, very clean and the host always responded very quickly. Would highly recommend this stay.

Radiant heat was issue. The bottom level went up to 78 degrees. That’s not acceptable for sleeping or getting ready. The maintenance staff came over twice to try and fix it. Their solution was to sleep with fans and open the window. We even turned off heat but it was still hot and sub zero outside ! If the heating issue was solved I would recommend place. Buyer beware.

This was our second time to stay at the property and we really enjoyed it again. The location is serene and peaceful. It's close to the Baldy trailhead as well as easy driving distance to Breck. Highly recommend the property for those who want to relax.

Quiet, picturesque, and close to everything, we had a great vacation. The home is very comfortable and thoughtfully decorated, it had everything we needed. We would recommend it and rent it again.

We had a wonderful stay. We felt right at home. The property was centrally located to all of the activities we did- hiking, fly fishing, and kayaking.
We ate the majority of our meals at the property. The kitchen was well equipped.
We would definitely return for another stay.

Great location, great home, and has a lot of space for all! Home was clean, as advertised, and comfortable for the week. Had a great trip and glad we got to enjoy this home when not on the slopes!

40 th birthday getaway
Really enjoyed myself. The property is very spacious and excellent view. Very much in the hills so you will need 4x4 in winter. Would come back during a smoother weather time.

Beautiful Home in a Great Location
This townhouse was perfectly located close to the base for skiing, the town for shopping, and on the mountain for views. It is connected to another house, but I never saw anyone coming or going. The house itself was a beautiful, comfortable place that fit my family perfectly. Check in and check out were very simple. Communication was great too, as I always got a quick response. I highly recommend staying here.

The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars was the parking situation, with the amount of people it can sleep I would like to see more than 2 parking spots. Besides the parking, the place and communication between the management company was awseome. One of the best views to wake up to ever! Overall would recommend.

My family and I were very happy with our stay. The communication was great with the point of contact. They continuously checked in on us and even gave us suggestions, such as www.uncovercolorado.com to find your way around. The home is a 3-story home with 2 bedrooms on the lower level (queen beds), 3 bedrooms on the middle level and the main level for the common areas (kitchen, living rm). The hot tub was amazing and it fit 6 ppl comfortably. Important: remove your jewelry as they will tarnish also it bleaches some cottons. The hosts left humidifiers in the house, if your sinuses become dry this is a lifesaver. The home/floors are heated via radiant heat and it takes 4-6 hrs to heat to the desired temperature. When we got there the temp was set perfectly but if you adjust it just keep that in mind. We picked up 2 cans of oxygen in Denver for $8 and those helped tremendously. We are from Texas so it took us a little longer to adjust to the altitude. Overall we had a blast and would highly recommend this home!!

Our family had the best time staying in this beautiful property. Spectacular views, spacious and clean and had everything you could want or need. Especially loved the hot tub. We had a great time and will definitely be back for future vacations!

I wanted a nice view...
And I got it. The deck overlooks the south end of the Ten Mile Range. The house is well equipped with what we needed and had plenty of space for all of us. A nice bonus was being just down hi from the Baldy Trailhead.

Such a wonderful place!
We started our most recent stay in Breckinridge at a different house and hated it. We rented this home at the last minute. What a lovely place! The location is amazing: 10 minutes from Main Street and the gondola but a world away. Incredible views from the windows and back deck. Wonderful hot tub. The house is tastefully decorated and modern. Rooms are large, esp the master which is immense with a luxurious bathroom. The house could easily accommodate two families given the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, layout,

Amazing getaway location! Close to ski slopes and food.
We booked this place for 8 people (3 couples and 2 friends) and it was a perfect fit for everyone. 1 king bedroom, 2 queen bedrooms, 1 bunk bedroom, and an extra twin bed in a small closet/closed room. The location came with a kitchen and all its amenities. Sonos speakers all around the house... and most important of all, a large hot tub outside!
The location is easy to get to (no keys requires. Use garage code). And it’s very close to all the slopes nearby. (10 minutes to Breckenridge and 35 to Copper Mountain).
I highly recommend this and it will be a repeat location for us.

Beautiful Mountain retreat
What an amazing place to stay! The location was perfect, the short drive into town was scenic, beautiful and convenient. This is a very tastefully decorated home, with everything you need. The home is large, more than we had expected and ever so comfortable. The TV's and sound system easy to use and great! The hot tub, fabulous, the views from all 3 decks was a highlight for all of us. I highly recommend this property. We would love to stay there again.

Summer Retreat with the family
I have stayed in many places in the Breckenridge area. This location tops them all. Total luxurious house. Beautiful scenery from the huge windows and porches. Quiet. Not too far from Breckenridge, Dillon, Frisco, or Keystone. Excellent amenities. Electronics and sound system were great. We loved it!

Amazing Property! First Class!
Views were amazing and the place was perfect. Would recommend it to anyone. VisitBreck was great as well. They were great in keeping us in touch with everything going on in Breck at the time.
