Questa singola storia, casa indipendente è completamente arredata, dotata di lavatrice e asciugatrice, lavastoviglie, micro, caffettiere e ben fornito per soggiorni di breve o lungo termine con ampio parcheggio e molti ettari di spazio libero. La dimensione del lotto è di circa 0,75 ettari con molti ettari di spazio verde comune. La posizione rurale è ideale per gli animali domestici a causa del basso flusso di traffico, recintato e molto spazio per le corse degli animali domestici. Ci rivolgiamo alla comunità equestre ma accogliamo tutti gli ospiti che amano l'ambiente rurale e la vicinanza al parco statale Aiken, al sito del fiume Savannah le città di Aiken, SC e Augusta, Ga.

Needed a place safe for my kids and dog while we wait for our house to be ready to move in. Great communication with owner for any needs or questions we had. Absolutely beautiful and peaceful area to walk the dog around and play outside with the kids. Would recommend to any visiting family.

Property was clean and well decorated. Check in process of needing to meet the owners was slightly inconvenient. Overall we had a comfortable stay.

We had a great time during our months stay in Aiken. The house was very convenient and had all of the amenities we needed. The only inconvenience we ran into was the fact that the house sits on a dirt/sand road and there was an incredible amount rainfall for the month. This made the dirt road difficult to travel on due to areas that had been washed out or rutted by the rain. It was, however, regraded by the time we left.
