Everything was excellent, I loved it and I would return again with my family

The place is great with spaces, places to sleep, bathrooms, and being in a convenient location. Instructions for arriving and getting settled were super clear.
The only trouble we had was getting the place to cool down. There were plenty of ways to warm the place for cold months, but we couldn’t figure out or didn’t get info to cool the place down for the warmer time of the year we were there.

Place is great, with 3baths and about 5 beds on 3 levels, plenty of room to spread out.
Original decor except Kitchen (newer) makes for a cozy mountain vibe. 3rd floor and no elevator, so be ready to carry your gear up stairs.

The property was perfect for our needs. There are lots of beds for flexibility of sleeping. Although the place is not big and pretty outdated, it is setup well. One item I wish they would have mentioned is that the master bedroom doesn't have heat and you will need to either keep the door open or use the space heater they provided. Not a big deal but it caught us off guard.
Kitchen is small but has most of the necessities. However, don't expect any leftover items like spices, oil, etc. There was barely any salt and pepper and we ended up buying what we needed.
Property management company was responsive and easy to deal with when we called for a few items.
Location was great as it was a straight shot to Canyon Lodge on Lakeview Road. Otherwise, the bus stop was right outside the building which we also used. The parking garage is tight so if you have racks or a bigger car, be aware. We had a Navigator and it fit.
All in all we had a good stay.

There were 5 adults and it was great we each had our own bed and 3 bathrooms were an added plus! Cooked breakfast and dinner there and it had all the necessities. Loved that the trolley stop was right out front to easily get to and from the slopes. Will definitely be back!

We loved the location - easy shuttle right outside property to canyon lodge and 10 minute walk to the village. Comfortable, clean, simple lodging with big dining table, comfy living room couch, three bathrooms and a few extra futons available if needed. Nothing overly fancy but well taken care of. And the parking garage definitely came in handy during all the snow we got!

A lot of space for it only being a 1 bed + loft. Having 3 bathrooms was very nice, overall we had a great stay. Underground parking was so convenient when it was snowing.

Not the best condo
This condo was nice but I sadly wouldn’t stay again. It was nice and worked for the stay but I’ve come to mammoth now for over 10 years and this condo unfortunately was not one I enjoyed. The reason is it was not very clean or updated. It felt outdated and the upstairs area felt dirty and dingy. Sinks, carpets were old and the tv doesn’t have a guide. Had to stand and switch the channels at the side of the tv. Unfortunately the condo needs updating

Parking structure height clearance is a little tight for larger trucks, especially with ski racks.

Lots of stairs
Property was a great location, lots of space. Parking garage did not say it was extra low and our vehicle did not fit, had to walk pretty far. Bed were not comfortable, although management was very quick to offer to drop off mattress toppers to help which was very nice. Condo was up 2 flights of stairs, which you had to carry everything up.

Great stay at cozy cabin!
My friends and I had a wonderful time in this cozy cabin/condo. It’s close to the mountain and the hot springs. Jacuzzi felt great after a day on the slopes. Owner was very responsive to any questions I had. Would totally stay here again.

I cook, so I was pleased with the quality of pots and pans as well as stock of dishes and utensils. All appliances were easy to use.

Lighting.... the ad shows a bright condo when in fact every light needed to be turned on and was still dim. My husband had difficulty just reading next to the lamp on the couch.
Heating - it took the first two days to get the chill out of the condo and we tend to keep our home set to 65 in the winter during the day. Our first night we found the master bedroom very chilly. The second night we found the extra heater in the closet, which kept it more comfortable at night.
The pantry was pretty empty, but there was sugar, oil, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, and coffee filters.
I would have liked to have a few extra dish towels, cleaner for the counter and table, and plastic wrap for storing leftovers.
Overall, it was comfortable and spacious. Everything worked, including bathroom outlets. The condo was clean, safe, and quiet.

Electricity out in bathroom.
When we arrived we had no electricity in bathroom outlets. Manager said we should chech fuse box and reset gfi. We Reset the fuse and gfi but still bathroom outlets did not work..
Then at the end of our stay the entire county had no electricity. Very frustrating.

Nice place
Nice place, good location. Condo was clean and well stocked. Only thing was of all three bathrooms, not one of the electrical outlets worked. Had to plug the hairdryer in the middle of the loft and the plug kept falling out. My boyfriend had to come and hold the plug into the outlet to work. Very frustrating. Other than that the place was nice.

Great Location
The property is very clean and has 3 bathrooms. It's located right outside the trolley stop.
Suggestions: It would be nice if the upstairs loft window can be opened to allow cool breeze coming in the evening.

The place was clean, spacious, and in a great location. There were two futons upstairs, another downstairs, and a couch, in addition to two beds. Lots of room for guests. The kitchen cabinets were well stocked with pots, pans, cutlery, etc. Great place to stay!

Mammoth Weekend
This condo met our needs and expectations perfectly for our 3-day, July weekend in Mammoth. It was clean and just as described on the website and reviews. The towels and bedding were fine, and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking and eating supplies, paper towels, soap, etc. The owner's information binder made it easy to follow all the directions and rules for staying there.
We were also able to enjoy the billiards table and the hot spa.
Our truck did not fit in the assigned 46-B spot, because even thought the garage says 6'6" clearance, the height of the actual parking spot is lower than that. We were able to find open, unassigned spots outside though, so didn't end up being a problem.

Early summer vacation in Mammoth Lakes
The condo was perfect for a short break at the beginning of June. The condo has a rustic feel, and had the weather been cooler we would have enjoyed a real fire. It was perfect for the three of us. My daughter enjoyed having her 'own space' in the loft complete with sleeping nook and bathroom. At the time of our stay most of the other condo units were unoccupied, so it was very quiet.

Cute condo met all our needs
This condo is perfect for a couple, a group of friends, or a family with children. Everything was clean, there were plenty of paper products, the bed in the bedroom was very comfortable, the condo stayed really warm, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook all our meals. It was really helpful to have the underground parking since we packed up in the rain.

Great family place
Clean and plenty of beds! Cooked every night had great skiing! Right near the shuttle...super convenient! My parents owned this exact model....but sold It! Brought back great memories!! Thx!! Only bummer is it all ended with knee surgery for me 😬 cant wait to recover and be back up there again lol 👍🏼
