Beautiful 4 bedroom, spacious, home located right on the water
Ciao. Sono qui offrendo la mia casa appena rinnovata e ristrutturata a chiunque desideri un soggiorno indimenticabile sull'OBX. Questa struttura offre 4 camere da letto e 2 bagni. Camera da letto una offre 2 letti queen size, camera da letto due offre corrispondenti set di letti a castello, camera da letto tre offre 1 letto matrimoniale e camera da letto quattro offre 2 letti singoli. La struttura offre anche due bagni completi e una doccia esterna per la vostra convenienza. Situato a pochi minuti dalla spiaggia, dal negozio di alimentari, dai ristoranti e dalla medicina, questa casa è nascosta in una bellissima comunità di fronte. La casa si trova a pochi secondi dalla parte anteriore del suono e si trova proprio su un canale in grado di consentire di ancorare la barca proprio fuori dalla residenza. I ponti di avvolgimento di nuova costruzione (2 livelli) offrono una splendida vista sul canale, suono e offrono una delle viste più belle del tramonto dall'alto. Il cortile è erboso per i nostri amici a quattro zampe e offre una piccola spiaggia di sabbia per godere di tutti. La pesca e il cravatta dal ponte che si trova direttamente dietro la casa sono produttivi e offrono ore di divertimento per chiunque sia interessato. È disponibile un centro comunità che offre una piscina d'acqua dolce, un cerchio di basket e altri servizi per il vostro divertimento. Vi chiediamo di fornire i propri prodotti di carta e biancheria durante la splendida residenza. We had the most wonderful stay in nags head! We received a call from the property manager a week in advance, letting us know that we could reach him via cell phone, and making himself available to us for any questions or concerns. I thought that was incredibly kind! The house was fantastic! It was nice to have space under the house to park-this made unloading really easy. The entrance is one flight up, and you walk directly into the living room, which is exactly as pictured the house has an “ old nags head“ vibe, reminding us of camps on the river down south, with its wooden walls and floors. There’s a great big dining table that served well as a game table for us, along with an outside dining table, which was well loved! (Yes, there is a propane grill here!). The kitchen is well equipped, and has a Keurig. There are two bedrooms on the first floor, both of which have queen size beds. There’s also a full bathroom on the first floor. The bathroom is spacious and has lots of storage. The second floor has a bunk room with several sets of bunkbeds (twin size), and a room with two queen beds in it (with the sofa). There is also a full-size bathroom on the second floor, which is also large and spacious with lots of storage. All of our teens slept upstairs, and had a great time! House comes with surfboards, paddle boards, kayaks, a dinghy, and a paddle boat. There’s a small beach that leads into the canal that leads out to the sound. The dock is great for fishing! This is our second stay at the house and we were all very happy with our stay. The owners were excellent with communication and whatever little issues popped up, they were quick to address them. Highly recommended place to stay while in OBX

Relaxing, quiet neighborhood

The property is great. Very relaxing, good fishing from the boat dock area. Quiet in the evening hours. Enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the boats go by. The owner is an excellent host. We had a very good time. Going back next year.
