We rented both sides of the house for an 8 person buddies golf trip in mid-November. Everyone had their own bedroom and en suite bathroom. Plenty of parking. Beach access directly across the street. Hot tub was nice after a long day of golf. Elevator helped take luggage and supplies up and down from the parking level to the 1st floor. Will rent again when we come back to Myrtle Beach area

Some friends and I stayed here for a bachelorette beach bach trip and we couldn’t have asked for a better house, location or host! The house was extremely clean and Fred was just amazing with any requests we had during our stay.
The check in and check out process was very smooth.

The property was wonderful and its location to bike week events was perfect. The property was clean and as described. The beach was just a short walk across the street and the pool and hot tub was a relaxing break in the afternoon and evening. My family and friends thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying at this property again.

This was an amazing location for a family vacation. The elevator allowed a family memeber with mobility issues to be a part of the trip. The pool was the ideal size for splashing around with our 2 year old granddaughter and the hot tub was very welcome after a day of taking in the sights. Being just a "block" from the beach made for some amazing views from the upstairs balcony.

We had a big family trip with grandma, parents and kids. The pool was great and hot tub was awesome! 2 firdges made storing food easy. It was a quick walk across the street to the beach. Would recommend a car, if you plan to travel/drive to bars/restaurants. would stay again!

This property was in the perfect location with Beach access right across the street. The elevator was a great way to get groceries, luggage, etc upstairs. I Loved that it had a long, big dining table so everyone could eat together. I also liked that each room had its own bathroom. The pool and hot tub were also a hit!

This was our second stay at this house for a guys trip. The house was perfect. The pool and hot tub made for a relaxing stay and the proximity to the beach is excellent. The TV die need to be upgraded.

Our family greatly enjoyed our stay at SeaSpray. The proximity to the beach, the pool, and every bedroom having a bathroom are excellent features.
The property could use a little TLC: Multiple bathrooms have broken or missing towel bars and toilet paper holders; the corner cabinet in the kitchen is broken; and the ice makers on both refrigerators aren't dispensing ice properly. Otherwise, it's a great property.

Overall a very nice place. Check in was a breeze. A couple of minor issues that were taken care of quickly. Clean with everything you need. I would highly recommend.

Overall the house was great and the location was EXCELLENT! The house pros were the double fridge and ice maker! The cons were the beds were not very comfortable, squeaky. The house was bare minimum with items which I understand in order to keep it minimal and clean. I wish there was more outdoor seating on the porches and around the pool. Overall good house and excellent location in proximity to the beach!!

Great long weekend with family! Elevator was very helpful for the older folks. Beach access directly across the street. Pool and hot tubs were super clean. Directions for check-in/check-out and communications with host were excellent. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

This house had everything you could ask for: plenty of space, plenty of bathrooms, washer and dryer, 2 refrigerators, ice machine, pool, hot tub, outdoor shower, great views and right across the street from the ocean! Will definitely return.

This house is in a great location - right across from the beach access. The only thing I thought was lacking is the kitchen could have had more dishes and glasses. If 14 people would have been there we would have been washing dishes constantly. We had little kids and they all thought their own cups. The dining table was dirty when we got there and one of the bathroom sinks had toothpaste in it.

The house was amazing for our family of 12. It has 2 refrigerators which was so great for all the food we needed. We were able to wash clothes each day. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. The elevator was great for the older family members and the pregnant one. The front stairs were great to get a work out in each day. Fred the property manager was awesome. He made sure we had all we needed. The golf cart was a great add on. I highly recommend adding it. It’s We used it every day. The beach was right across the street so it was so easy to access. We loved our stay and recommend this house to families.

Sea Spray was a fabulous vacation home! The size is wonderful- each couple had their own bedroom and bath with one room for the grandkids to share. The dining room table was big enough for all of us to sit together. Two refrigerators was a brillant idea! The location is so close to the public walk to the beach. The pool in the backyard was used daily.
Gail and Fred were wonderful to work with.
The only suggestion we can make is to have a pack-n-play for the littles.
It was a wonderful way to celebrate 40 years of marriage!

The house is in a great location and steps from the beach. From the front porch you can see the ocean which was nice to sit out and enjoy the ocean breeze.

The house was AMAZING and perfect for the wedding party to all get ready together! The elevator was a game changer for my sister who has Multiple Sclerosis. She was able to be part of all the fun around the private pool and hot tub. The property management was incredible with a response when needed!

The Sea Spray is a great rental property if you’re looking to head to the beach. It is perfectly located a short 1/4 mile walk to the Garden City Pier and directly across the street from beach access. Literally, you walk 50 yards to the sand. The house was nice and spacious and easily slept the five adults and 8 kids/teens we had in tow. There was a huge dining table for the whole family and a nice backyard with pool and hot tub. Also had a very nice built-in charcoal grill which we used every night. The balcony in the front of the house has views of the ocean.
Check in and check out was a breeze. The owner and property manager responded quickly and the house rules were clear and straight forward. My only criticism would be that the beds weren’t made, which the rules stated would be the case. However, when we arrived the quilts were neatly on the bed with sham pillows so they appeared to be made. Didn’t realize until bed time that there were no sheets on. Would recommend leaving the quilts folded on the bed as to avoid confusion but this was really no big deal. Will definitely look to stay here again when in the area!

The property was plenty spacious, everyone had their own room and bed. The bathrooms were nice and clean too. Putting on linens wasn't a problem either, knowing they were coming in clean.
Easy and very close access to the beach. If the weather cooperated it would have been better but that can't be controlled. The hot tub was perfect for the slightly chilly nights.
Minor things that would have been nice to avoid but in no way ruined or dampered our trip. There was some hand or body soap but about one or two when there are six bathrooms and a kitchen sink. There wasn't a pair of scissors or a writing utensil which could be due to others taking it and deciding not to replace it, can't be mad about that, I'd do the same. The dining area and kitchen area floor were a bit dirty with coffee bits but easy clean up.
Overall, we had a good stay and would recommend this location.

My family really enjoyed our stay. We were there over Christmas. The location is wonderful. Although it was a bit chilly, we still walked to the beach - which is literally right across the street so can be seen very well from the house- and I have amazing pictures of the sun setting. The boardwalk is just a few blocks away, and the kids loved it.
Five bedrooms, each with a bathroom, was great!! We're a family that loves to cook, and the kitchen is small, but we made it work. I love that the dining table had plenty of seating.
I will say, the space is not as large as you might think, given everything it offers, but with 14 people, at no time did we feel like we were on top of each other.
We experienced a power outage (due to weather, not the fault of the property owner or manager) and thought we were going to have to leave early, but thankfully, it was short lived and we were able to enjoy our whole stay.
The property manager is really nice, was very helpful, and quick to respond when we needed help with the cable and with heating the upstairs. My family visits the area often, and will return to this property if it's available during our vacation dates!

We had a really great time at this beach house.!!! It was beautiful and clean!! We were literally across the street from the beach, we could hear the waves and see the ocean from the balcony. There was only one issue with the linen not being there upon arrival, but after one phone call and a text message, the linen was dropped off within the hour and we really really appreciated it, and other than that our state was excellent.!!!!!We enjoyed everything. Loved the hot tub, private pool and the elevator for our more mature family members that have iss with stairs!!!

This was our 1st family vacation since the children were small. We could not have picked a better house. We absolutely loved the house layout. The pool was wonderful for the grandchildren. The location of the house to the beach access and pier was perfect. Not far at all and the views from the balcony were beautiful. You will get your exercise on the steps, just be prepared. The only thing that would be better is having steps going down back of house to pool area. We will be back!!

As usual, it took some activity shifting to get most everything in due to weather, but we had more fun than I thought my aging body could manage. Getting the elevator door open took some work, until I decided to take that scraggly wire coat hanger and shape it into a tool...then it was easier to get grandma in and out!.
Beautiful home, more than enough space, and though the pool is small, we all thoroughly took advantage of it being there. The beach access just across the street, good fishing, great pier fun, great clean local restaurants and drinkeries...all a walk away; and we lit off some beach fireworks to cap off the family experience. Fun was had by all.

This home is beautiful and with a great location. What you see on line is accurate. I did wish the pool had been a little bigger but it was still very nice. All of my emails before vacation and messages to the property manager during vacation where responded to very quickly.
