Good location, very close to the train station and about 20 minutes to the old town. There are many shops and places to eat in the area. The patio is just like in the photos - super nice.
The room was clean, the bed was large and comfortable. Bathroom small but clean. The kitchen has everything we needed. What I liked the most - the water dispenser in the kitchen!
Our flight was in the afternoon and we could leave our luggage until late. Very comfortable.
Overall - a very good stay!

ベッドルームは一見、綺麗だったが寝てみるとマットは薄く柔らかく、寝心地が悪い上、ベッドカバーはスナック菓子の匂いがして不快極まりなかった。
また、キッチンには色々道具は揃っているが、お皿やフォークなど、使用したままの汚い物が入っており、非常に不快だった。

The property was located close to the city center (about 10 minutes walk) and to the airport (via metro). The host seemed friendly and helpful.
No one came to clean or take out the trash. The hot water pressure was low or not running at all during night time, the towels and the dishes looked dirty. Part of the door frame fell off due to wind and we had to reattach it. The same issue was in the bathroom, where the frames were moldy and peeling off due to moisture. Even if close to the center, the area where the property is located looks like a slum. We checked in (and out) on time. The host takes feedback personally and gets defensive (as it can be seen in all negative reviews, it's never their fault), instead of fixing the issues people have been complaining about in their reviews. We've left the apartment in the same shape we've found it, but to anyone going there, please take photos of the apartment, otherwise they'll blame you for anything broken.

Geile Unterkunft für große Gruppen, die trotz Privatsphäre gemeinsam unterkommen vollen. Kleine Zimmer mit kleinen Küchen und kleinem Bad - aber alles sauber und ausreichend. Im Innenhof kann zusammen oder auch alleine gesessen werden. Direkt am Eingang gibt es auch ein Kiosk und weitere kleine Läden. Park kann etwas schwierig werden.

La amabilidad de Francesco. Muy disponible para todo lo que necesitamos y más aún. Las habitaciones son completas y limpias. La ubicación es muy cercana a la estación de metro, la estación central de trenes y de autobus

This place boasts an excellent location, situated close to the town center and surrounded by numerous markets. Additionally, there's a convenient 24/7 vending machine nearby for late-night drinks and snacks. The staff is exceptionally friendly, and the accommodations are both comfortable and modern. It's not your typical hotel; here, you'll find amenities like an oven, washing machine, TV, and an outdoor table for enjoying your coffee.
Despite the full occupancy when we arrived, noise was not an issue, and a friendly atmosphere prevailed among the other guests. With all three doors securely locked, safety is guaranteed, making your stay worry-free.
And let's not forget, the WiFi here is top-notch, ensuring you stay connected throughout your visit. I wholeheartedly recommend this location to fellow travelers exploring Bari.

The spare bed was quite noisy and hard to fall asleep on it.

Location is very good,train stazione and bus stazione near by,ospitality awesome ,beauty of the garden is very appreciable. Owner of property Sig.FRANCESCO is very cool and very helpfull guy.

Francesco was a really nice host. He was waiting us in the flat. He even helped us to find a good parking lot. The flat is big and well equipped, perfect for spending the nights after a trip. If you want to cook the kitchen is excellent for that.
During our two nights the neighbours were far too loud listening to music and having a chat in the middle of the night. I suggest an ear-plug.

Location is fantastic, near to railway and subway, but also at walking distance to most important places of interest in the city. Place is amazingly quiet, in the courtyard of a residential building on an otherwise very busy street.
Owner is really helpful and attentive, no problems there.
Our apartment did not have internal doors - just folding plastic thingies that were noisy and uncomfortable to use,(especially at night) and did not provide sufficient privacy. I was amazed that the proprietor, who is otherwise really up to using modern technologies (in a good way) chose to dispatch with a thing so simple as a... door.

Practical location - 10/15 minutes walk from the old town (not much) but close to transportation. Not noisy at all, easy comfort, owner Francesco made it all very practical. Recommended!

NOTHING, this was A SCAM, the actual apartment was absolutely nothing like the one shown in the pictures in the listing.
ALL the rooms were MUCH smaller than the ones shown in the listing, (for example the sofa bed in the bedroom could not be fully opened out as the room was too small for it).
I couldn't stay in this apartment as it was far too small and not able to sleep myself and my 2 children.
I contacted the host, who just lied and said it was the same appartment as in the pictures (it was nothing likebit at all) and so i had no alternative but to book another appartment.

What a beautiful entrance, as soon as you step into the patio you are momentarily dazzled by how beautiful and inviting this looks. We only spent 5 days here, but we were completely satisfied, be it the service, the cleanliness or the comfort. The host is so accommodating and tries everything possible to make your time as memorable as possible. I've traveled a lot so far and I have to say that this accommodation is definitely in my top ten and I'm not exaggerating!

The establishment is like a small camping with attached units all sharing an internal courtyard. Everything was nice looking and clean. The kitchen was well equipped, although there was no coffee maker. All units are on ground floor, no steps. Secure entry. Convenient location near the station. Beware there is no lift to street level above the train stop, only steps.
The unit was dark, no window in the kitchen, one has to keep the door open for natural light. The bed was very soft. The bathroom was too tiny an impractical to use the bidet. As all windows and doors open to the shared courtyard, there was some noise from other guests.

I think the walls are to thin, because we could hear the music and the tv of the neighbors (starting with 4 and 5 am)

Great location, place was tidy and fresh, it is super easy to get everything done with Francesco - great host, 0 problems with late check in, luggage leaving after check out - everything i was counting on was there or was quick to organize. The best is - you do not need car in Bari, even in order to see Matera or Polignano - use trains as you have two stations near this beuatiful place (was astonished by seeing it for the first time at night)

I enjoyed my stay in Bari. It was not my first time in Bari, I liked the location of the flat and that it was really clean. Also there were kitchen supplies, glasses, dishes and a corkscrew! The mattress was really comfortable, and bed was big enough.

Host was onsite to collect keys - even though we advised arrival time, we still had to wait 15 minutes for our Apartment to become ready! Great to have washing machine. Found big supermarket the other side of station - 10 minute walk.
Couldn’t gain access to apartment straight away. Door frame between bathroom and kitchen held together with tape! Couldn’t swing a cat in the bathroom - no room to dry yourself without opening the door to the kitchen. Ants in kitchen - crawling on work surface and sink area - (found ant trap under radiator!) NO plugs in kitchen or bathroom sink so had to wash up in a saucepan and let water run in bathroom when washing! Bedroom ceiling damp and walls damp and crumbling. Noisy neighbourhood, a good 30 minute walk to old town, which wasn’t that bad but long way to go to find restaurants. Would not recommend!

The place is very nice, at your disposal is fully equipped kitchen(gas stove, pots), plates, cups, wine opener, utensils, Italian coffee pot:) etc. Also a laundry machine, and a great plus is a huge water tank(12l) so you can have a refreshing cold drink !:) Francesco is almost always on WhatsApp to support and provide insights on local area. The place is 10 minutes from central Station and from the airport there is a metro station as well - one before Bari Centrale). Lovely garden - if you wish to chill out in the sun with a drink or some snack. The place is close to all kind of small shops, minimarket, bakery, pizzeria etc. There is air-conditioning - a handy thing to have in a sunny place ;).
Highly recommended, the walking distance to Old Town takes about 15 minutes tops.
All was good for us.
Just informational(did not affect our opinion about the place or the host):
when some guests are loud and decide to stay in the garden up late it may be noisy in the room, even with closed windows.

We did not like that we were transferred without asking to LOVE room that we saw online and did not want to book at the first place. The room is small and hard to use if you are taller. The whole property has too much light, so it is hard to sleep.
