When we booked this place we knew it would be loud and we were fine with that. However, we were not aware that our condo was directly above a place called The Palace. This was a Drag Queen show. Whatever.. to each their own. My complaint is that I wasn’t aware that is was sooo Loud till like 1-2:30 am. The loudest place on the strip. The hand held sprayer was broke, the toilet paper was Scott one ply, we found beer bottle caps still there from previous customers.

We knew it would be loud and noisy from the start, which is why we picked this location. The rooms were excellent with nice conveniences. We loved the two balconies and were able to watch the sunrise over the ocean from them. It was fun watching the thousands of people driving and walking by the front of the hotel.
The daily shows were amazing and drew the biggest crowds on Ocean Drive every day and every time! We heard some great music well into the late night. The beach chairs and umbrella were great and we used them out on the beach! The location was well situated, as we could go up or down Ocean Drive with lots of options to choose from. Everything we needed was in very close walking distance. Us the nearby parking garage on 13th street, you won't be disappointed.
The bed was very comfortable and so were the pillows. The curtains did a great job is blocking out the sunlight and the heat.
The roof top pool and bar were very nice with a great view. We made some new friends and took a lot of pictures there!
If you want to be in the middle of the action, this is the place for you. If you want a nice quiet place to get away, try somewhere else. I know I will return to this place!!

The shower/tub had very high sides and was slippery on the floor of the tub. It was difficult to get in and out. This is an accident risk. This should be mentioned in the description of the property.
Minor maintenance issue:
The trash can in kitchen area had dead batteries so you had to manually take the lid off.
We had to request paper towels, there were zero on arrival.
Otherwise it was comfortable and very convenient location.

Excellent location with Ocean view. Lots of restaurants and shopping all in walking distance. Sofa bed was to hard for my liking. Palace nightclub was loud but dudnt bother us. Would definitely recommend this property.

My overall experience was positive great location in the heart of South Beach
There was a problem with the sliding glass doors to the balconies as they were difficult to open and close especially the bedroom door
If you're looking to do the south beach scene you can't go wrong staying here

My friends & I stayed on South Beach for the fun vibes & half marathon. Definitely a loud place, but able to put ear buds in to get sleep @ night. We stayed off strip for dining & found fine dining in other areas of Miami Beach.

This condo is right in the middle of all the vibrant life on South Beach, which is exact what we wanted. The roof top pool is amazing with spectacular views. I would not recommend children stay here but adults looking to have the true South Beach experience, this is the place for you!!

The unit is well located. The description is accurate. The unit is modern and shows normal wear and tear. Everything was clean and check-in/check-out was quick and efficient. You are on top of a nightclub which is convenient. Beach and Ocean view.

We had a great time at this property. Yes, it is noisy at night, but since we knew that before hand, it was not a surprise. The condo is roomy, but sparsely equipped and furnished. It was fun to have the outdoor space of the two decks. Bed was comfy. Lighting was not great. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this unit.

The unit was reasonably clean but poorly furnished. We had one coffee cup - we communicated our request for a second one (never received) and was told to look in the dishwasher and cabinets. Being adults of reasonable intelligence we had that covered before contacting Rob/Val/David. One tv was useless as it was missing the HDMI cable to connect to the DirectTV box and many buttons on the remotes were inoperable. To this, Rob/Val/David said to change input settings as prior guests played video games. ? Only one light works in the bedroom, glass pendant globe in living area is broken.

Perfect location! Parking garage conveniently located 2 blocks from condo. $20 Max per day! Directly located in the heart of South Beach. Did not need to move car for 2 days. Nightly drag show was not a problem. 2 spacious balcony’s. I was a bit hesitant because of some of the reviews, but so glad I booked here! You will not regret it. Roof top pool was a plus. View from condo couldn’t be better! Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay in the comfy bed and the stunning views of the beach. The location was superb. We had no need to rent a vehicle as we were right on the strip and used uber when need be. Overall, the place was excellent!!

I have rented many times through the HomeAway network and always have been pleased. However this rental was disappointing and the lack of service received. When we got there the bathroom light directly over the mirror was out. Normally this would not be a big deal, but it was poorly lighted in the bathroom and it made it difficult to put my contacts in or makeup on. There was no other mirror in the condo. We called the onsite manager twice and nobody changed the bulb. The condo was barely set up for guest not even a roll of paper towels or a way to make ice cubes. The toilet you had to work hard to flush it and most of the furniture was pretty worn. It could be an amazing rental if they invested more into the condo and took care of some of the repairs.

Balcony was great! The decor lacked. The chandelier in the living room was broken and hanging from 2 strings. The iron did not work. The floors were dirty. The shower curtain is moldy and had pubic hairs on it. The chairs outside had bird poop all over them. The windows were very dirty obstructing the view. It was very loud at night. Earplugs did not work. We left after first night and got a different hotel. The view was great though and good for people watching.
