Such a great location! Walking distance to so many places. Apartment was perfect and host was responsive and polite. Would definitely stay again.

This ended up being the perfect location and amount of space for our girls weekend. It was easy to come and go as needed and we were able to hang out when we weren’t exploring Stillwater. We would stay here again.

I absolutely loved the apartment. It was very clean and a great location. The staff in the art studio were friendly and helpful. We had a family girls weekend and were able to walk to all our destinations. Will definitely stay here again!

The location is perfect. This was our second time staying there. Unfortunately, we won't be returning. The steps going up to the apartment are very dirty. Bugs and dirt on the windowsill before the steps. It was obvious the cleaning personnel never cleaned the shower. The previous guest left their toiletries in the shower. Big spiderweb in the bathroom. The throw rugs need a good washing. The baseboards are dusty and dirty. Carpets need to be replaced or cleaned. Kari is sweet and kind. She was always prompt to answer my text. If you give it a good cleaning it would be perfect.

We parked the car and everything we wanted to do from shoping and the boat ride we were able to walk to. We could of used bed sheets for the fluton bed.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was so conveniently located to everything in DT Stillwater. It was incredibly clean and comfortable. Thank you, We will be back!

Our family had a fantastic week-long stay in Stillwater. The accommodations were perfect. Close to activities and restaurants. The apartment met all out needs and was very comfortable. We would highly recommend staying here whether you are seeking an adult escape or a family vacation. We were busy everyday with nearby attractions: the St. Croix River, the many festivals in Stillwater, farmers markets, restaurants and bars. We had such a great time that our whole family wants to return next year.

The apartment was located right downtown, easy walking distance to all the restaurants, shops & riverfront. Everything was really clean. Kari was great and very helpful with parking and anything else we needed.

My family was visiting from out of the country with two teenagers. It was the perfect location for energetic teens to wander and explore safely. The property itself was perfectly set up: rooms were the ideal size, bathroom was cute, spacious living room and even a little nook for privacy. It was a great use of space: clean, stocked with essentials (coffee, filters, laundry detergent, paper products) and well decorated. The host was communicative and answered all questions.
Highly recommend. Will absolutely use again.

The Downtown is perfectly located to shops/restaurants/bars and the walking bridge. The location was perfect for our girls' weekend. Very comfortable and had everything we needed. Thank you!

Great place for a girls getaway! Not for someone who can’t climb a flight of stairs but very convenient for walking, shopping and touring downtown. Quiet at night and even nicer than the online pictures.

We enjoyed our stay
Bathroom is odd and hard to use toilet and shower. Beds and furniture should be updated to be more comfortable.
Having coffee for the coffee maker would have been a nice touch.

Convenient for visiting intensely and exploring the area a little at a time
Kari responded to one or two questions quickly. Parking went fine and takes paying attention when there is more than one car.

The perfect place
We came to Stillwater for a wedding and chose Kari’s place for the location and spacious interior. Kari is very communicative which made checking in a breeze. The pictures did not do justice to this charming space! Meticulously cleaned and we had everything we needed.
The location couldn’t be better. It’s central to shops, restaurants, and nightlife so anything you’d like to do in Stillwater is a short walk away.
I would absolutely recommend Kari’s place!

It was fun to be able to step out of the rental and be right in the middle of the downtown strip near all the restaurants and shops. The rental was clean, beds were comfortable, and the water pressure in the shower was great! Would highly recommend and would love to stay again!

A group of 8 of us stayed here to celebrate a bachelorette party. There was plenty of room and the location couldn’t have been better! We were within walking distance of everything we needed downtown. Overall we had a great experience and I think every one of us would book here again if we find ourselves visiting Stillwater sometime in the future.

Great location. Short walking distance to anything in downtown Stillwater. The host provides many amenities such as towels, shower necessities, coffee, etc. The one thing that threw us off was the check in process. The entry door is in the front of the building, but the door has been painted black, photo in check in instructions shows a red door. The street in front of the property is also temporarily blocked off due to shops expanding their services onto the street. Parking lots are a couple blocks from the property, which is okay since everything is a small walk away. Overall enjoyed our stay!
