Splendidamente arredato condominio di lusso con due camere da letto, due bagni recentemente ristrutturato situato nel complesso Maui Kamaole; La più recente proprietà resort di prima classe di Kihei. Situato nel centro della soleggiata costa del sud di Maui, Maui Kamaole si trova dall'altra parte della strada rispetto alla famosa spiaggia di Kamaole III, dove è possibile nuotare, fare snorkeling, guardare il tramonto o semplicemente rilassarsi sulla spiaggia sabbiosa. Sei a pochi minuti dai negozi di Wailea, che vantano negozi di classe mondiale e ristoranti premiati, e dai rinomati campi da golf di Makena e Wailea, sede del gioco Senior Skins.
L'intero condominio è stato ristrutturato con tutti i comfort di casa, tra cui due letti king-size, (o 2 letti singoli per richiesta), un comodo divano letto queen size, pacchetto Graco e culla da gioco, seggiolone, TV a schermo piatto LCD 42 '' , Lettore DVD e Wi-Fi e TV via cavo in tutto. Un nuovo sistema di aria condizionata split è situato sia al piano superiore che al piano inferiore. Troverete attrezzatura per lo snorkeling, boogie board, sedie a sdraio, dispositivo di raffreddamento e un ombrellone per la vostra convenienza.
Durante la stagione delle balene, osserva le balene dal balcone anteriore dove ogni sera i tramonti ti toglieranno il respiro.

Family of 4 with 2 teens. We had a fantastic time on our first trip to Maui. The condo was clean and had all the amenities we needed. One extra detail that we appreciated was the nice binoculars that we used multiple times while sitting out on the deck. Condo has a fantastic view from the deck and inside the living room. The grounds are meticulously maintained and bbq area, which we used several nights was great. Overall it was a 10 out of 10 for our stay.

Beautiful condo complex, great location, clean, fully stacked with everything you need and more (beach towels, chairs, boogie boards, etc). Owners on site and off are responsive. Can walk to beaches and restaurants and close via car to other beautiful beaches and restaurants in Wailea.Beds are the most comfortable I've slept in any condo- sheets were so soft! We loved our stay and only a few things prevented me from giving it 5 stars:- Not really sure what happened but there was a problem with our code when we arrived and we were unable to get into the condo for half an hour. We went to get groceries and everything was sitting outside the condo in the heat. I contacted the onsite property manager and she was able to reset it and we got in, but it should have worked from the beginning.- Washer had dried mold around the rim (likely from previous tenants who kept it closed and moisture built up). I get that it's a tropical climate and this happens, but we have stayed at other condos in tropical locales and didn't have mold in the washer. We didn't want to wash our clothes in it. This was the only disappointment we had with the condo.- The AC in the upstairs bedroom works great for the bedroom but doesn't get into the bathroom much, even when we left the door open, so the upstairs bathroom was warm. Not a huge deal for us though it may be for others. - This is a quiet complex. Even the pools are quiet and have many rules, so just be aware if you have young, rowdy kids.

Immaculate (and I’m picky), manager was highly communicative and flexible, local manager is the pinnacle of friendliness and helpfulness. Beautiful view. Pots and pans looked new (and, again, I’m picky), dishes nicer than usual. A/C cools the space in minutes allowing for breezy days and nights cool enough to sleep well on the very comfortable beds (including a comfortable pull out). Bathrooms and kitchen clearly recently remodeled. Nice proximity to pool- close but not noisy. Easy walk to beach. Fully stocked with boogie boards, chairs, umbrella. This is our 6th rental in Kihei and 3rd in Maui Kamaole and we will definitely be returning to this unit.

Older property, washing machine and dryer were older and clothes paid the price. Too many birds pooping on balcony and all over our car where we parked in the unit space. Granted not owners fault, but something you should know. Also they ask you to strip the sheets and start laundry load and run dishwasher before you leave .... wait a minute, we are not the cleaning crew. View was nice off the Lanai ...
