Clean and convenient

Parking spaces a little small, but ok

Did not offer breakfast at my location in Lenexa/Overland Park. All of the non-mgt staff have been fun, helpful, I have nothing bad to say.

Not neg, hopefully increasing positivity. Let me back up. Any walkable ground outside desperately needs a detailed trash pick up as well as in the parking space is there cigarettes and every crack and every rock there’s trash spit marks all over the floor a rug that needs to be thrown in the trash. All three barbecues are full of ash all the way to the top some of the cigarette butt holder things are full, and there is a huge ant problem that needs to be taken care of in addition to when you drive in you think this metal section is the office and it’s not and there’s no signage to tell people that there needs to be a sign put up an arrow or whatever that’s pointing them to where the office the front office is one huge thing is the laundry room. It is to say that it’s dirty is an understatement as are all the windows one because all their repos are plugged hasn’t been cleaned outside part and who knows how long the air conditioner little skinny pullout vent that you can wash yourselves looks like they’ve never been done. I cleaned them. But the outside one has not been clean. The dryer vents are packed years of dryer waste that either no errors getting through or barely error is getting through. It is a fire hazard waiting to happen and nothing has seemed to be done with it. We see the only workers that we see are all the ladies that are cleaning the bedrooms or are the rooms when people leave. I was thinking he is the manager of housekeeping and other parts a young Hispanic, one of the hardest people I’ve seen here but as well, but even when you go inside, nobody’s being held accountable. There’s no we need to make this be the best place that we possibly be, which would be easy enough when nobody is held when I talked to the lady about the dryer today in precise she’s like oh my gosh we hate the service so bad. It’s such a bad service, blah blah blah blah blah and I’m like I just wanted to be like why don’t you get another one? Because you were gonna have a fire I

The room was very clean. Breakfast was good as well.

Depending on where your room is located, you can get some street noise.

Property is in good location and around that location all other restaurents and stores near by within 2 miles redious.

I stayed at this property for five nights, and unfortunately, my overall experience was disappointing, especially considering the room rate charged. The lobby was clean and presentable, but the elevator floor was dirty and had a strong unpleasant odor. Although my room was initially clean, there was a persistent bad smell coming from the AC throughout my entire stay. I also noticed bugs on the wall in the room and bathroom, which was very concerning and unacceptable from a cleanliness perspective. Housekeeping was provided only once during my five-night stay, despite my requesting daily service at the front desk. The breakfast selection was very limited and the same each day. The juice machine was out of order, the available juice packs were extremely small, and some breakfast items, including the croissants, were not fresh and were quite hard. Since the property allows pets, there was also a noticeable pet odor in most of the areas of the hotel. I understand that pets are permitted, but better cleaning and odor control should be maintained for all guests. My biggest concern is the value for the price paid. The room condition, bugs, AC odor, housekeeping, breakfast quality, cleanliness, and overall service did not justify the rate charged. I stayed primarily because of the convenient location while helping my daughter get settled in Clovis for her studies. Otherwise, I would have considered staying elsewhere. I hope management will take this feedback seriously and address these concerns to improve the experience and value provided to guests.
