Casita Cervantes è un bellissimo 'monolocale' bello, pulito e confortevole che si trova su 1,5 acri di lussureggiante paesaggio di Roatan a Sandy Bay. Ha un letto matrimoniale, cucina completa, bagno, aria condizionata, balcone privato con barbecue, TV via cavo, WiFi, giochi, musica e condivide la lavatrice, l'asciugatrice, la piscina e il molo con la casa principale.
È completamente arredato con tutto il necessario fino agli asciugamani da spiaggia e alle sdraio. Tutto ciò che dovresti portare sono i tuoi vestiti, articoli da toeletta e attrezzatura per immersioni / snorkeling. Se sei un subacqueo, c'è un favoloso resort per le immersioni che ti verrà a prendere direttamente dal nostro molo. Se non stai prendendo un'auto a noleggio, è molto facile prendere un taxi sulla strada principale. La posizione è molto comoda; è a 5-10 minuti di auto dalla maggior parte dei luoghi che potresti frequentare. I panorami sono alcuni che non dimenticherai mai! Viene fornito con un barbecue, cavo t. v., giochi, musica, lavatrice e asciugatrice e una piscina molto bella.
Anche se non è proprio sulla spiaggia, è a soli 3 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia e dal nostro molo di 400 piedi da cui è possibile nuotare, fare snorkeling, immersioni o pescare.

We enjoyed the pool and the grill on the property! We loved our stay, and hospitality. Oh, and of course the air conditioning for peaceful sleep.

Our 16 day was incredible . We felt like we belonged . The little Casita had everything we needed.. We had the owner in the Casa for 7 days , ut he was a wealth of information abd tips

Let me preface this review with I feel like the owners are doing what they can with the footprint of the property but it’s definitely a small casita with layout challenges.
Communications prior to and at the time of arrival were very timely and clear, and their maintenance guy was very responsive.
The bathroom is very tiny and almost impossible to get adequately vented. There is a window in the middle of the wall of the shower which is covered by a plastic curtain and the regular shower curtain is approximately 2 ft from that wall so while you’re showing you’re constantly battling plastic curtains from both sides.
The queen size bed occupies approximately 1/3 of the entire floor space outside of the kitchen and is placed in such a way that you must contort yourself to get between the bed and the kitchen counter in order to move about the room. Definitely makes middle of the night trips to the bathroom interesting.
Our last day there we experienced a unique situation where several of the floor tiles buckled and popped up from the concrete floor. The maintenance guy arrived very quickly after being notified and did his best to make the floor useable for the remainder of our stay.
Upon reaching out to the owner about the situation the only response was to inquire if there had been an earthquake. No asking if we were ok, no offer of doing anything or apologizing for the inconvenience, no follow up to check on things after the maintenance guy left.
That was disappointing.
