If you are looking for a quiet place, with a spectacular view, do not hesitate to stay in Lauren's apartment. Incredible tranquility is breathed in the condominium, very clean, with everything you need to spend unforgettable days. My son really enjoyed fishing on the pier and swimming in the pool Lauren is a spectacular hostess, she answers your messages right away and worries that you spend unforgettable days in her apartment. We will definitely come back soon !!!

This spot is perfect. You can actually see Pods of Dolphins while eating breakfast. The docs out back are great for fishing or boat rentals. Just dont have kayaks dropped by for more than a couple of hours. Karen was a little upset that ours was delivered and placed on the grass. Fortunately, we didn't have them overnight. Overall, our stay was fantastic! I love the neighborhood. We rode our ebikes around everywhere. It was a good time.

The Marco island condo was perfect for us, and well equipped with all sorts of beach items. My son loved using the fishing rods and casting from The pier. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us, we’ll be sure to be back.

The condo which we rented was wonderful, clean & spacious. Our host was so accommodating and easy to communicate with. We hold our family reunion at Riverside every year. We all rent condos and absolutely love Marco Island.

The apartment was fully equipped and spotless! The location had a great view of the bay and. Was super quiet, perfect place to relax. Many stores conveniently located within a mile . Lauren communicated with us prior to our arrival and checked that everything was ok! I highly recommend this place and we would definitely come back🙂

From the start Lauren was prompt, friendly and professional. Every question I had was answered quick and kind. All the information you need is provided. The unit is immaculate….everything you can imagine and beyond is provided for your stay. The pool area is keep spotless. The view is breathtaking from the veranda. We enjoyed the dock area… a quiet place to fish or sit . If your looking to stay in Marco , I would recommend staying here! I know we will be back .

This was the second time we stayed at this property and we really enjoyed ourselves both times. Great location, nice views of the Marco River and boat traffic. Close to all the places you might want to go. Property was clean and well furnished. Lauren, the owner was great to work with. Highly recommended!

My son and I recently stayed here. We had a great time! The pool was nice, warm and clean. The condo was perfect. It was really clean and had a great view from the balcony. I enjoyed watching the sunrise in the mornings from the balcony. The property manager was really friendly and very responsive and helpful. She even let me check in early and leave a little late. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

I was in town for a wedding at the JW Marriott. After looking at the prices of rooms at the hotel, I started looking for alternatives. I'm so glad I found this property! I'm a walker and the property is only a mile from the main street (Collier). I was able to walk to the local brewery and found a nice coffee shop too. The property itself was spotless. Honestly I only used the bedroom and bathroom so I can't comment on the kitchen or living room other than they looked very nice. Lauren was very kind to me on the phone after I had a senior moment with using the touchpad to get in (transposed numbers). I would highly recommend this property for your stay on Marco Island.

The entire experience was fantastic. The condo was exceptionally clean, newly updated, fabulously located, well appointed, a good value and Lauren was always available when I contacted her. We will DEFINITELY stay again.

Property and location were nice. Tile missing in bathroom and ants in the kitchen.

The property and the condo were lovely. The host had closets full of beach and fishing gear for the guests to use. It meet all of our expectations and then some. If you do rent, don’t buy coffee filters! There are enough left from us and previous tenants to last years.

Wonderful Host!, Beautiful view! Loved everything about this place. Everything as described and more. Very clean and comfortable. We met some wonderful people at the pool and the Marina every day. Loved sitting on the lanai watching the boats. Beautiful view!

Pros: location, community pool, and comfortable beds. The condo itself is fine. If you forgot something, there’s a very good chance it’ll be in the condo as they seem to have amassed a collection of items left behind by previous renters. Overall clean. Cons: The linens are very cheap and the bath towels and washcloths were stained. A previous guest must have put sand in the iron because that’s what came out when we tried to use it, and it ruined one of my dresses. Can’t fault the owner I guess, but that needs to be replaced. Also, it was also not disclosed in the listing that we were expected to wash the linens before checkout and that we must pay to use the laundry facilities. I would not have stayed here if that were the case, I don’t do laundry on vacation, which is why it didn’t bother me that there wasn’t in-unit laundry. Further, we rented this condo because it had boat docking and trailer parking available onsite. The owner stated it was $50 for the week but when we contacted the office to make the boat slip reservation we were told it was $215 for 3 nights. A big difference, but fine. We wanted the location. Fast forward to check-in, we go to the office and the office manager who I had been emailing with had no recollection of our communication and was asking that we pay another $215 for a boat slip, despite me showing her our emails going back and forth and proof of the cleared check that I had mailed her 2 weeks earlier. After all that’s sorted out, she shows us the exact spot where we are to park the boat trailer, which is what we do. 2 days later, we drove by and someone has not only moved our trailer to a different spot, but broke one of the axels in the process, and we were left to scramble to get the trailer fixed so we could go home. If we were to visit again without our boat, I would book this place again. With the boat, it’s not worth the hassle with the condo office.

This property is paradise.. very clean, Lauren was so easy to communicate with, the pool was awesome, restaurants within walking distance, grocery stores are close… Locals are so knowledgeable and willing to give so many recommendations.. we rented a boat, and there are so many things to see, just a gem of a place to stay, was perfect for us.. looking forward to coming back.

The condo is clean, bright and comfortable. It has every amenity one could wish for making us feel very much at home. The screened verandah is perfect for leisurely meals or just relaxing. The pool was spotless, the view from the condo was lovely too. The location is near many restaurants, shops and right on the water. We had a wonderful time!

What a great Memorial Day weekend on Marco Island. The unit was perfect for the 2 of us. We brought our boat and was able to keep it directly in front of the unit. Lauren was a great host and extremely responsive to any questions that we had.

Nice quiet place with everything one couple needs with plenty of good restaurants and bars some with live music nightly with in two miles but not a late night party area

This condo was beautiful and the community was quiet; which we enjoyed. Lauren was very professional and prompt and answered all the questions I had. The view was the best part as we could watch boats coming in and the sunrise in the morning. Great location and the condo provides all of your beach/home needs.
