breakfast was amazing all local produce. all the staff were very helpful and had a smile and were very welcoming. It was great to see that the pub made and sold bread, fresh scones, home made soups along with other local produce. The owner Jim even went to Spitalfields fish market in London for the locals. The food in the evening was really reasonably priced and excellent. The Pub was the hub of the community and lovely to see the locals coming in for coffees etc.. Ideally located for Goodward race course and racing circuit. Thanks Jim and to all the staff for a lovely stay. We will definitely stay again.

Beautiful cozy pub and room. Perfect to explore local walks and beautiful West Sussex. Food excellent and staff friendly and welcoming. My stay included a Sunday evening with great live music early evening. I visited Goodwood Art Foundation and Matt Smith Ceramics, both excellent and within a few minutes drive from the pub.

Nice bedroom good size and facilities. Excellent breakfast. Close to Goodwood racecourse.
Street parking, lots of things not available on evening menu.
