Benvenuti nella nostra casa di Whistler, lo chiamiamo MoonPeak e il nostro motto è "Resta rilassato". Ti invitiamo a soggiornare e goderti una fantastica vacanza di sci escursionismo / mountain bike o semplicemente rilassarti e goderti tutto ciò che la bella Whistler ha da offrire. Crediamo che dovresti essere in grado di avere un posto che sia orientato alla famiglia ma comunque lussuoso. La nostra casa di famiglia dispone di un letto matrimoniale king size nel soppalco principale, un letto a castello nel secondo soppalco, un divano letto matrimoniale pieghevole nella zona principale. La zona giorno a pianta aperta ha una cucina completamente attrezzata, WiFi gratuito, 2 nuovi televisori ad alta definizione, Blu-ray e sistema audio, 2 bagni completi, lavatrice e asciugatrice in suite, pavimenti in ardesia riscaldati in cucina e entrambi i bagni, camino a gas. Il ponte si affaccia sulla piscina, sulla vasca idromassaggio e sulla sauna, dove voi e la vostra famiglia potete rilassarvi dopo una giornata in montagna. Parcheggio sotterraneo gratuito per un facile disimballaggio interno.
Lake Placid Lodge è situato alla base della funivia Creekside. Esci dalla porta principale, attraversa la strada, sali alcune scale e sei all'ascensore! Whistler Guest Services è proprio all'ascensore per acquistare i tuoi skipass. Una zona pedonale vi porta in un grande negozio di alimentari, un negozio di liquori, un negozio di sci e un servizio di messa a punto degli sci.
Creekside è la prima area di accesso agli sci mentre guidi verso la montagna Whistler ed è un posto meraviglioso per portare la tua famiglia a godersi la montagna (la scuola di sci è proprio alla base di Creekside).

The unit is in an ideal location. Cross the street, up the steps and cross a short walkway and you are boarding the gondola. It’s a short walk to grocery and a few other shops.The unit is well maintained with a fully equipped kitchen and modern euro-styled appliances. Icons on the range appeared to be inspired by The Fifth Element and required a quick internet search to decode. The heated floor in the kitchen was nice on the toes in the morning.Note the floor plan is fairly open with loft style bedrooms. Neither has a door and one has an opening overlooking the floor below. Not an issue for us, but may be for those who like it quiet or to be noisy in private at night.Scott was an excellent host who provided clear advance communication and was very responsive to any inquiry we had.

The hosts are wonderful people, gave us all information we needed and were very responsive. The major issue with this apartment is that it is listed as having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The reality is that there is not a single bedroom, if by bedroom one assumes a room with four walls and a door. It is a loft with two platforms where on one side there is a king size bed, on the other a bunk bed. We were a family of four with adult boys, thus there was no privacy at all. The boys,being young and energetic, keep their own schedule, we being tired and old wanted to sleep earlier ,the reverse would happen in the mornings. Knowing that I would have not rented this place. I believe that just one couple would be fine with this property, but not a family.
The kitchen was very functional, even though not all burners on the cooktop were working, there were plenty of kitchen tools and dishes ,we were cooking all of our breakfasts and lunches. The grocery store is a few steps away.
The carpet had seen better days as well as furniture: quite scratched and dated. But these things I consider minor, not having a bedroom was major for us.
