Questo è un vero condominio con una camera da letto con ingresso nel foyer / hall.
Situato al 6 ° piano, non troppo alto, non troppo basso, ma giusto per godersi lo splendido scenario e suoni dell'OCEANO ANTERIORE. Guida fino al garage GATED collegato (accedi con la chiave della camera), parcheggia l'auto e cammina direttamente nei corridoi chiusi climatizzati.
Nuovi elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile e nuovi tappeti installati ovunque. I 2 letti queen size con materasso pillow-top 'nella camera da letto e un divano letto matrimoniale nel soggiorno, dormiranno 6 comodamente. Il tavolo della cucina è anche un letto Murphy full size che si tira dal muro per ospitare altre 2 persone se necessario per un totale di 8 !!
Ci sono 2 grandi TV a schermo piatto, TV via cavo, WiFi gratuito, così come una macchina per il caffè e Keurig, frullatore, crockpot, tostapane, asse da stiro e ferro da stiro per il vostro uso.
Vengono fornite tutte le lenzuola / asciugamani.
Non è previsto alcun servizio di pulizia giornaliero.

Liked our stay very much. Kitchen was suppled better any condo we have stayed in 15 years of fall trips. All appliances worked perfectly. Easy parking. Easy drives either North or South for day trips. Nice section of beach for walks.

We had a great stay! Rodney and Tammy were awesome with answering any questions we had. They go above and beyond to ensure that you feel at home. The view from the balcony, watching the sunrise each morning was perfect. You can hear the waves crashing and sit and watch which is so relaxing. We didn’t cook but looked like there was everything you need. The beach is right there snd chairs and umbrella was perfect as you didn’t have to buy one. The condo is close to everything! We didn’t use pools but they are great for kids.
The only thing is be careful when you put a dress in GPS as Tammy writes it in the directions that it’s not North Myrtle Beach but GPS gives you that address. Once we contacted Tammy she got right back to us. Condo is close to airport which is perfect!
Communicatin and directions from Rodney and Tammy were great. Would def stay again.

The place was better in person than described. It was a perfect size for a couple or even a family of 4. It may seem crowded for larger since the murphy bed is the kitchen table. This was listed in the description. The 6th floor was as high as I wanted to go but that's just my preference. The condo appeared recently remodeled, exceptionally clean, and lots of nice towels in the bathroom. The bathtub even has a hand held shower and grab bar. We would easily stay again. The hostess was excellent on responding to any questions.

From walking in the door to the last day of walking out, most excellent place we've ever stayed! Beautiful, clean and up to date "condo"! This was my 1st vacation without my husband. There are so many 1st when your soulmate passes away! I am very thankful for this beautiful place to stay! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

The condo was excellent and suited ouur needs perfectly. The whole weekend was great and Rodney and Tammy were quick to respond when we had a question. Only recommendation would be to leave instructions on how to operate the Keurig and dishwasher as they were both a little tricky to work. Would definitely stay here again whenever we are in the area and it is available.

The condo was exactly as shown in the photos . Very clean, the view from the balcony was amazing and it is located within minutes of the boardwalk and shops.

This condo was just right for our family! We loved being able to walk right onto the beach but also have the option for the pools. It was nice to spend time on the balcony to watch the sunrise and look for dolphins throughout the day. The beds were probably my favorite part of the condo…so soft and comfortable! We were traveling with a 2 year old and it’s important for us to have a really dark room for him to sleep. The room had no windows so it was perfect for all of us to get a good night sleep! Communication with Rod and Tammy was very easy and friendly. We would recommend this place to others and hopefully get a chance to come back!

The property was exactly as listed. Everything in kitchen was up to date and very well stocked. Everything was very clean. The process for check in was very easy and the owners were very responsive.

The condo was just as advertised. We had a wonderful stay. View was amazing. Well stocked kitchen for cooking. Bed was super comfortable. Only negative comment is some of other guests took 2 parking spaces so nobody could park beside them. I would highly recommend this condo to others.

The listing was completely accurate. Nice decor and very clean. Great view of the beach. Tammy sent us an information sheet before our stay, very helpful. We enjoyed every minute of it and will definitely be back!

This place was home..a place you don't want to leave..clean..I mean spotless.. everything was spotless..so thankful that the owners shared their beautiful place..I will definitely be staying here for future trips..pools..hot tubs and lazy river very clean..

We only struggled knowing exactly where to check in and getting any door dash deliveries. So if that says anything! We had an easy and super comfortable stay. Our teen daughter and her friend just lived in the pool and soaked up the sun on the beach. It was so easy to be at Tammy and Rodneys. It was like a mini home away from home. Highly recommned the condo. It will not disappoint.

This property was just what my wife and I wanted. Beautiful view walking distance to restaurants just perfect. Pools were amazing and the outdoor heated pool next store was great for those chilly days or the hot tub.the condo itself had great comfy beds and everything you needed was just perfect.

This house was awesome for celebrating our parents 50th wedding anniversary, the whole family had plenty of room to have their own rooms and plenty of space on the patio for all 30 of us!! Kieran was awesome as well, we had to reach out cause the pool was just as hot as the hot tub the first day we got there and they had someone come the next day to fix it and also had someone come to check later to make sure it still was heating properly and we didn’t have any other issues!! During our 8 days stay we did ask to have the pool cleaned once and Kieran sent someone that same day!! All 30 of us loved the home and location was great, close to everything you can imagine!!

We stayed a week in this beautiful condo. It was exactly as described and in the photos. Communication with was fast, easy and friendly. Walking out onto the deck and seeing/hearing the ocean each morning was wonderful.

The condo was as advertised. It was quiet and very comfortable. We enjoyed the patio and the view of the ocean. We took advantage of the Wi-Fi and the tv and the coffee pot. It was bike week. But where we were located, we could barely hear the motorcycles. Thanks for a great condo. We will be back.

My husband and I fell in love with this condo. The view was great. We appreciated the high end appliances. The seating on the balcony was different than all the other condos in the building and was really nice. We will definitely stay here again. I honestly can’t think of anything I would change.
