Una classica casa al mare su un grande isolato di fronte alla spiaggia e solo a due passi da Swan Bay, situata tra Point Lonsdale e Queenscliff. Corsair Cottage dispone di 2 camere da letto, 1 con letto matrimoniale e l'altra con due letti singoli, per un totale di 6 persone.
L'ampio cortile soleggiato e il ponte sono perfetti per un barbecue o una partita a cricket. Attraversare la strada ed è a circa 300 metri a piedi da una spiaggia riparata di nuoto. A meno di 30 minuti di passeggiata sul lungomare dai negozi di Pt Lonsdale e alla stessa distanza da Queenscliff via Swan Bay.
Il cottage Corsair è perfetto per i bambini: si trova di fronte alla spiaggia, offre molto spazio per correre e giocare (alcune attrezzature sportive in dotazione) ed è a poche centinaia di metri da uno skate park e un centro di scoperta marina che offre un ottimo programma per le vacanze scolastiche.
Si prega di biancheria BYO compresi lenzuola, asciugamani e strofinacci.
Gli animali domestici sono i benvenuti all'esterno e nella lavanderia. La proprietà è completamente recintata ma non adatta a cani che saltano in alto.

Great location, close to everything!
Our little poodle enjoyed the dog beach and the grassy front yard.
Well equipped little house with everything we needed-We felt very much at home.
Bunks could do with an upgrade, very squeaky but comfy.
Communication with the host was fantastic, very responsive, and informative!
Will be back 😉

The two of us and our two dogs had a lovely weekend at the Corsair Cottage. The beautiful dog's beach just opposite was the best. The bed was comfortable and the living room spacious. We didn't make use of the cooking facilities as there were lots of restaurant options so close either in Pt Lonsdale or Queenscliff. We had relaxing evenings in the front garden, looking at the stars but we were not brave enough to use the outside bath, especially now that there is another house at the back, LOL. Overall, a nice relaxing weekend with our furry babies.

The cottage was ideal for my husband and I and our small dog. Secure yard, neat and clean home with everything we needed in a convenient location almost opposite dog friendly beach and close to Queenscliffe. Owner was very helpful and responsive in all communication. We would definitely stay again and hope to return one day for another lovely short break.

Check-in and communication was fantastic and we even were able to check in a little earlier which was very kind.
As some other reviews have already highlighted the location is the clear winner of this property with the dog beach just across the road.
But the house definitely needs a little TLC. Certain things got renovated but others still need that attention and some serious dusting off.
Portable fans were available and plenty of extra cushions and blankets, but unfortunately the nights do get quite cold and a portable heater would be great especially for the kids room.
Overall we had a great stay, but love to see some more work and detail put into this place before we would book it again.

This was a great house for a weekend away with the family. Walking distance to Point Lonsdale for a coffee, the skate park for our son and the beautiful dog beach for our fluffies. The accommodation was very comfortable with everything we needed.

Found the property very easily and enjoyed my little mini break. Very comfortable and relaxing place. I had my 2 dogs who loved the close access to the beach.
Will consider returning in the warmer weather.

Overall really great - the fenced yard was great for the dog and the check in process was super easy. Didn't end up cooking but the kitchen was well stocked, plenty of extra blankets etc and the reverse cycle heater/air conditioner kept us cosy.
Would have been good to have WiFi - normally we don't worry about it because we have plenty of data on our phones but the reception in the house was really bad (though fortunately lots of DVDs so no need to stream!). And the dog beach nearby was super narrow (the name Narrows Beach should have given it away!) - so much so that when we accidentally went during high tide we were about worried about the safety of our dog, although he wasn't complaining and it was nice to have it so close.
30 minutes walk from centre of Queenscliffe, 30 minute walk from a lovely shopping and eating strip in Point Lonsdale, or of course a 5 minute drive from both!

Wonderful location we loved being able to walk to dog beach in less than 5min. Really quick drive to Point Lonsdale and main street in queenscliff. Owner was amazing and even touched base to let us know about what was on while we were there. Easy check in and check out. A couple of things that could be improved the products in bathroom were a lovely touch but was a little turned off as they had been used. Bins hadnt been emptied and the wooden beams were very dusty. Both my children have allergies and unfortunately where agitated because of this. We had to give the bbq a full clean as it hadnt been cleaned since last time it was used . Overall we had a lovely stay this little cottage just needs a little TLC and this place has potential to be 5 star.

This stay is in a great spot. So easy to go to anything on the peninsula. Comfortable and cosy. And our dogs were very happy in the yard. Thankyou Catherine 👍💖

We enjoyed our stay , and found the holiday home had all that we needed .
The weather was not the best but we were able to explore the area and the beach .

We were totally dissappointed about being woken up at 7:00am on our first morning with builders noise , nail guns, loud music and large crane delivery overlooking the back fence. Seriously major construction going on with tradies standing on roof and looking into the back yard. Had we known the extent of building and noise and the complete loss of our privacy we would not have booked at all. Our dogs went completely off tap and we were unable to do anything but isolate them inside the house till we packed up and left.
We believe we were decieved by not being informed of this prior to or during our booking and full payment using the stayz website. The owners just happened to mention the neighbours were building, when they sent us the key access code just prior to our arrival, BUT NOT before we booked and made full payment. We were not expecting that level of inordinate disruption to our holiday.
It was a very unhappy start to our wedding anniversary, with my wife in tears.

Enjoyed my stay here with my small dog. Great location for beach walks and everything the Bellarine has to offer.
Just a few things about the cookware and BBQ. I mostly stayed in to cook and was a bit disappointed about the saucepans and frypans that need an update...scratched and worn non stick pans aren't very healthy to cook with.
The BBQ was new but was not clean and the drip tray was full of oil.
Overall it was a relaxing stay, however.

Queenscliff and Point Lonsdale are lovely places to visit. This was a great place to spend the long weekend. Across the road from the beach and the communication with owner was quick and easy.

A cute little spot between Queenscliff and Point Lonsdale. The house had everything we needed and was clean and comfy. The host was easily contactable and accommodating. We would definitely recommend and would happily come back.

Perfect getaway with dogs. Fully fenced large yard and very close to a dog beach. The house was cost and in a quiet location. Excellent communication from the host. We’ll definitely be back.
