Josip is very very helpful Use the restaurant opposite, they are so friendly and food is great.
We chose double bed set up 2 singles would be better suited to available space and bedding.

Location is amazing - in the city centre but away from the main promenade. There’s everything you need inside the apartment and host is really helpful with prompt replies. He even arranged a late check out for me.
Could be cleaner. There was a little ant problem when I arrived, but host quickly solved it by providing insecticide.

It's delightful how thoughtful and friendly the owner is. The apartment is clean, well maintained and in perfect location. We had a great time and we will definitely be back again.

Extremely nice apartment owner. Showed and explained everything. The apartment is pleasant enough for a vacation, the air conditioning works for heating. The accessibility of shops, restaurants and bars is impressive.

A homey comfortable atmosphere with a Croatian touch. It is an ideal city location. Our children were sleeping on the bed sofa in the lower part and found, that the air was hot. (But considering the heat wave, it was understandable) The upper level was well air conditioned. We really enjoyed the layout of the kitchen and the good shower. And an added bonus was access to the washing machine, not to forget the ideal parking at a reasonable price. Thank you very much to Josip for his friendly and personal service for taking care of our personal need. To considering it is a city apartment and the beaches are reachable by car or bus

The location was perfect situated. The staff was very helpful. Good internet.
It was mauch smaller as it was announeced, ca. 22 qm, defenitly not 40qm! as it wa s announced! It was at the groundflor with a direct door to the street-when you open the entrancedoor you are at the bedroom - a second door was opnened after a strong request; many little aunts, when you open the only window you are in the middle of every converstion at the street so it was too noisy to work properly. TV was only for local croatian programms in bad quality,

Apt very nicely decorated as in pictures, very soothing. Great location in pedestrian area and extremely easy access to everything. Very helpful and accommodating owner.

Josip the host was amazing, he gave us tips of where to go and even sorted our washing out which he didn’t need to do! Overall place is a great location and really affordable!

The location was great and close to everything. The host was friendly.
It didn't have enough privacy as the curtains were too thin and one window at the door had no blinds or shades at all to keep those passing by from looking in. Also, bring earplugs as the room is right in front of a restaurant and it can get noisy at night.

The location is perfect
Because you are in the center of town and next to a restaurant, there is talking noise of customers of the restaurant until late. Some earplugs will help.

Comfortable appartment right in the city centre. A lot of cafes nearby and a very good host, who responds very quickly and to the point. Sometimes there is some noise from restaurant located opposite the building, but it didn't bothered my sleep. Very nice place.

Location was great right in the city centre, close to everything. Josip called me to schedule check in and also aranged late check out. You can use washing and drying machine on the hallway free of charge.
As the apartment is in the old building the humidity and smell of old is inevitable. Air condition should solve the problem. It seemed like I was the first guest this season as the apartement was not very well cleaned. The items in the kitchen were selected randomly and on request I got aditional pans and pots. There's a restaurant on the oposite side of the street so be prepared to sleep with your earplugs in case if things get lively over there.

Really loved the location, right in the old town. The apartment was just the right size and had all the amenities we expected. It's next to a restaurant, mind you, so if you're planning to go to bed before 10PM it might be a bit loud. Very friendly and informative host.
Could have been a little bit cleaner inside.
