Die Wohnung ist ausgesprochen gemütlich und überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattet, die Gastgeber wohnen im Haus und sind sehr bemüht - jeden Tag gab es eine Touristeninformationszeitung und auch der Kachelofen wurde täglich von den Gastgebern eingeheizt. Sie haben sich auch immer wieder erkundigt, ob wir noch irgendwas brauchen. Eine wirklich empfehlenswerte Wohnung in einer sehr schönen Gegend mit ganz tollen Gastgebern, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wunderschöne Tage am Grundlsee verbracht. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

The flat is on the ground floor of the house, the hosts are living upstairs. Excellent, beautiful and quiet location, extremely friendly and helpful hosts. Very well equipped kitchen, high quality local products in the bathroom (soap, shampoo etc.), elegant interior design, sparkling clean apartment. Relatively close to famous locations, but far enough to be quiet and peaceful. There were no guests after us, so we were allowed to stay until the late afternoon. We were here only for a weekend, but felt too short!

The apartment is wonderful. It is prepared with lot and lot of care and everything was super clean! Many thanks to the owners for this! The kitchen has everything one would need, the owner even provides coffe and filters for the machine and a lovely selection of tea presented in a tasty box ( not just tea leftovers from other guests like one can often see in other places) There were enough towels and everything had a nice smell! The local products of soap and showering were great treatments. The owners live just above the apartment and they are very nice together with their little son. They are all lovely and polite.

Nothing to mention, really. One tiny thing could be that the smaller room is a bit dark but who cares about that in such a wonderful surrounding.

The apartment is perfectly equipped and clean with an outstanding location. I am planning to return soon.

The appartment was new, surprisingly spacious and had all that we ever needed. If you’re looking for cosy comfort, this is the right choice. We loved it

We were offered a key safe ( due to our really late arrival ) but it didn’t work. We tried all combinations posible, tried to call the contact number couple times and wake up the owner, but with no result. You can imagine, this is not something you wish for after a long drive and midnight hours, freezing cold outside. After one hour we finally managed to get hold of the booking contact and wake the owner. Nevertheless, just a situationt that can happen anytime, anywhere. Please check the key safe box prior the next stay :) .. I’m sure we will come back and stay at the beautifull apartment soon again. Thank you

Beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable, new with lovely details and modern amenities. Very good bed, high quality bedding, excellent water pressure in shower, heated floors, good choice of kitchen appliances, dishes, etc. nicely stocked kitchen. Wonderful hosts. Lovely view over meadow and mountains.
