We love staying at Carolina Dunes. This unit was very nice. The furniture was wonderful and the room was clean. My only complaint is that the fitted sheets would not stay on the bed. I feel new sheets need to be supplied that will fit the mattress.

The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for the stay. Great location right on the beach. The condo was updated but the master bedroom bed needs to be upgraded and replaced. It was very uncomfortable. The other furnishings were fine in the unit. The proximity to restaurants was great and I liked that it was a smaller condo building with less people. It was quieter than other buildings around it.

Location was great. Condition of condo needs a little TLC specifically in the on-suite bathroom as there is some water type damage on the ceiling above the toilet next to the shower. That is very limited specifically to one area and I wouldn’t let that deter anyone or myself from staying here in the future.
Overall we had a great time and would definitely stay here again!!

Great stay! Appealing decor and furnishings. Can't beat the view and location. The hosts provided everything you would need. Only 2 minor comments: hair dryer didn't work and tv in master bedroom didn't seem to work after following the instructions. Could hv been tech-challenged user :-). However, it's a great condo and we would definitely stay there again.

Everything was just as described/pictured. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook plenty of towels the small washer and dryer were a plus great location. Could definitely use a deep clean but was over all decently clean

The condo is a very nice and spacious unit. We have stayed in various units in the Carolina Dunes for about 30 years. The kitchen is very nicely stocked and has everything you need if you choose to eat in. The unit is very clean. Our only complaint is the furniture. The bed in the master room is a very hard mattress as well as one of the beds in the second bedroom. The living room furniture is terrible wicker with very uncomfortable cushions. We would not stay in this condo again just for this reason. Other reviews stated the same thing about furniture and we should have listened. If the furniture were updated to something more comfortable, we would not hesitate to rent again.

Totally loved the place! Very clean and well equipped with everything you needed to cook. The only thing was the hair dryer in second bathroom broken and not able to fix during our stay. Also when stripping the beds one did not have a mattress pad on it!!
Location was wonderful, close to every thing. Would definitely stay there again.

We had a blast!! The vrbo was perfect for myself & my 3 adult daughters!!
2 minor issues ~~ ice maker didn't work, maintenance tried to repair, but never followed up, so we just bought ice.. additional 3 beach chairs were to be supplied, no one knew where the were, had a verbal issue with an employee of John's beach rental, would NOT want him representing my company. This was not a pleasant experience.. my recommendation to avoid issues like our with the rental employee ~~ state in the contract where the chairs are located..
..please know these were very minor issues!! Otherwise, the place was amazing, the perfect place for us to enjoy life. we recently lost my hubs and their dad, the clean, pleasant apartment made it a very enjoyable time away.. the vrbo is easily accessible, everything was PERFECT in the apartment.... the staff was amazing thru booking to minor questions... without a doubt we would book again, whether this place or a new place to have an adventure.

Unit was nice but needs some replacement of furniture. No beach chairs were provide as we were told 4 were included in unit. Called maintenance three times and non responsive. Disappointing there. Hard to get ready in a bathroom with no light.

This rental was so much more than we expected. It was recently updated, very clean, easy to find, easy parking, great view, pool cleaned every morning. The one single complaint that we had is that the beds are not very comfortable, but we made it work and it is still worth staying there.

Excellent location for a quieter stay vs down on the Boardwalk. Unit 105 has been fully renovated and looked just like the online photos. The ocean is steps away past the heated pool. Would rent this specific unit again.

The view is great! Balcony overlooks the pool area. The place is pretty dated and the beds are all springs. They require you to clean, do laundry..wash your linens and towels before you leave, you have to run the dishwasher and put away all dishes and you have to empty trashcan and take it all to the dumpster. That's alot when they already charge a cleaning fee plus the rental rate! Next time I will just stay at a hotel where I don't have to do all the housework!

Loved the pool- we could see the grandkids from our balcony which was a safety factor and allowed them to go to the pool while we sat on the balcony. The beach was super close to the building which was great for grandpa who didn’t have to walk too far to enjoy the sand and surf. We walked to several restaurants as well. This condo was close to everything by walking or by car. So glad to have washer and dryer in the unit. Beach towels can get a little wet and sticky frequently. Adequate kitchen ware also which were in great shape. A very nice stay which we will do again. Thank you owners!

The pictures online are misleading. They show an updated kitchen and open floor plan. The good ends there. Both bath exhaust fans didn't work and were never fixed after being reported to mgmt. The guest bath was a 2 x 2 with no skid strips on the floor which made it very slippery. The silverware utensils were disgraceful and sparse pieces. The floors on arrival were gritty from sand. For the cost of the unit to rent, your money is better spent elsewhere.

We took our grandchildren for a summer fun time. Our unit was super clean. Loved the pool- we could see the grandkids from our balcony which was a safety factor and allowed them to go to the pool while we sat on the balcony. The beach was super close to the building which was great for grandpa who didn’t have to walk too far to enjoy the sand and surf. We walked to several restaurants as well. This condo was close to everything by walking or by car. So glad to have washer and dryer in the unit. Beach towels can get a little wet and sticky frequently.
