Nella comunità privata recintata di Playacar Fase II, a Playa del Carmen, in Messico, sorge Villa Perla Blanca, una villa unica per le vacanze che offre il massimo della raffinatezza: splendidi soffitti a cupola di nove piedi, pavimenti in marmo, banconi in pietra naturale e eccezionali prodotti artigianali carpenteria in mogano. Con quattro camere da letto e quattro bagni, la casa può ospitare normalmente otto persone, ma due divani letto aumentano l'occupazione a dodici.
Entrando in Villa Perla Blanca, rimarrai stupito dalla vista di una finestra di 17 piedi attraverso la prima zona soggiorno, che conduce direttamente a un patio e al grazioso giardino. Il piano terra ospita anche una camera da letto matrimoniale, due camere per gli ospiti e una lavanderia. Ogni camera ha un bagno completo e si apre su un balcone privato. Inoltre, l'elegante camera da letto principale include portefinestre in vetro colorato e una lussuosa vasca idromassaggio.
Una zona pranzo e soggiorno a pianta aperta con centro di intrattenimento completo occupa la maggior parte del secondo livello. La cucina completamente attrezzata e una terrazza all'aperto sono accessibili dalla sala da pranzo, che può ospitare otto persone. Una scala conduce ad una terrazza panoramica. You pull up to the house and will be amazed at it's beauty. Sergio greeted us with a great run down of the house, and even took us to show us the short walk to the beach! The inside of the house had many comfortable areas. The beds were comfortable. The pool has plenty of loungers and other furniture for everyone to be comfortable. The kitchen is so well equipped, even Tupperware! The entire house has everything you need! Highly recommend having Sergio's mother make you a dinner!! The road the house is on is busy, so you do hear road noise all night, but it's not terrible. No big trucks or anything. I would stay here again, really great!

Here’s a polished 5-star style review you can post on VRBO:---We had an absolutely wonderful stay in Playacar! The location couldn’t have been better — just a quick 5-minute walk to the beach, which made morning walks and sunset trips effortless.The condo was incredibly well appointed and thoughtfully stocked. We especially appreciated having access to a cooler, beach chairs, and umbrellas — it made our beach days so easy and enjoyable. Everything we needed was there, and it truly felt like a home away from home.The pool area was a highlight for us, and the outdoor shower was such a great touch after coming back from the beach. The space itself has a trendy, modern design that feels both stylish and comfortable.All of this at such a tremendous value — we honestly couldn’t believe how much we got for the price. This place is a true gem in a paradise location. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Playacar!

This home is one of the most beautiful and luxurious VRBOs in phase 2. The home boasts 4 bedrooms which are all decorated with similar furniture, bedding, and washrooms. The kitchen is really well equipped and the property manager was very quick to respond and fix any issues. As an example, one remote was running out of battery power, the next day batteries were on the front porch. Filtered Water is provided. A note: shampoo, conditioner and soap are not provided- which I think should be included in a high end rental. On the outside - there are so many patios to sit on, which is fabulous. We loved the one just off the living room which had two long sofas and screens you could pull down. We would sit there and watch the wildlife! The pool is cute and the perfect size for the home, but just note that it is not heated - since it was cool in Mexico during our stay, the water never really warmed up. We ventured to the beach a few times - the side path walkway took about 10 minutes. The home provided beach chairs, umbrellas and a cooler! Overall, I recommend this home!
