Evita anche tutti gli ascensori quando sei pronto per la piscina o la spiaggia e vai fuori dalla porta del patio. C'è anche una bella area gazebo per rilassarsi sotto mentre il tuo barbequing.
Questa è un'unità Premium. Vieni a rilassarti nello spazioso patio al 1 ° piano con splendide viste sul golfo o dormi sul grande letto king nel master con patio! Abbiamo anche 2 letti matrimoniali nella seconda camera da letto con il proprio bagno completo. Questa unità è stata aggiornata per includere nuovi mobili, controsoffitti in granito, mobili protettivi e bagno padronale appena ristrutturato. Siamo situati vicino a ristoranti, negozi di alimentari e non lontano dai centri commerciali. Non dimenticare che siamo proprio accanto alla Flora-Bama!
Abbiamo anche un 3 camere da letto e 1 unità camera da letto situata al piano terra, se avete bisogno di più spazio.

We arrived on Saturday early but could not check in until 4:30 PM so we used a friends condo until we could check in. Upon entering the condo, I could already tell the condo was dark and not updated.
A few more minutes spent in the condo I realized the couch was disgusting and not the furniture in the photos provided. The kitchen table was also different. There was a USED vape pen left on the TV entertainment center in the living room, trash on the balcony, the trim on the kitchen island was coming apart, the floors looked like they had not been swept, and the light in the kitchen was coming apart from the ceiling. We messaged the owner as we had no other way to contact than through a message on VRBO (no phone number provided). After the initial findings, we then noticed the bed linens had not been change and there was a spider in the shower. We called VRBO who also could not get in touch with the owners. About an hour later we received a message saying they would refund us the cleaning fee and have someone bring us fresh linens. My husband was able to find some random blankets ,spare linens (that did not fit the bed) to get us through the night. The next day the owner finally called my husband and just blamed not being able to find good cleaning companies and had someone come back. They still did not clean the condo but did change the sheets. Bed left bruises on me from the springs and we left a day early! This place needs new everything!!! Worst experience ive ever had.

The unit we stayed in was nice but we rented a ground floor unit because we went with our 2 and 6 year old grandchildren. Our unit was right outside the common area where the grills were and unfortunately there were people who thought it was ok to set up games right in front of us rather than on the other side of the table area. They were rude and told us they owned a unit and they could do whatever they liked. They played loud music off of their patio and we were told that nothing could be done until 10:00pm, even though they received several complaints. We will not be back.

The condo on the ground floor was conveniant and fun. We could go right out the patio door to play catch and the grills were right there with the outside swimming pool just steps away. With a lot of people at the property it still had a relaxed feeling.

Very disappointed with cleanliness of condo & appliances with broken parts! Ceiling fans were disgustingly filthy & could not be turned on due to amount of dust on blades.

Appliances all need repaired and cleaned. Floors had not been swept in a very long time, dirt, price tags etc. behind floor mirror and around furniture. Location and beach were great. I would stay again but maybe a different unit.

The property itself is wonderful the view is amazing however the condo itself im most disapointed . The condo was extremly nasty it was not clean at all. The bed linen was filthy qe had to wash the sheets, there was hair dirt grime everywhere. The floors had not as much had a damp mop. The kitchen is filthy to include the stove refridgerator cabinets microwave all need a deep cleaning. It appeared that whomever was here last had just left and we came in.
Towels face cloths dengy , the iron stained one of my shirts had I know I would have brought my own. Second bathroom has mold water will not drain properly
The mattres are in bad need of replacement1
No stoppers in any sink, you have 3 tvs but only provided 1 working remote 1 remote had no batteries we are having to purchase those.
Cant use the ceiling fans because they have dirt stuck to them
Food left between the stove and refridgerator just all out poor condition
I came to celebrate my wifes 60th birthday amd she is most dissapointed having to really want to be here. The pictures provided on the VRBO site does not represent this unit being that it states the is newly renovated. I invested in your destination and did not get the benefit that was expected I am most dissapointed

This unit had a small fruit fly/sand bug issue. Most likely related to being in 1st floor.
Phoenix X did spray unit but did not resolve the issue. Also would recommend changing master bedroom mattress.

A nice but not outstanding unit in a great complex, can’t beat location and amenities. Condo was a ground floor very convenient. Unit was pretty dated, ie only one sink in master bath, ac thermostat was way too complicated, took us forever to figure out, it was 84 when we walked in, rental agency closed, had to google directions.

The Phoenix X property was great. The lobby area, the grounds and the pool areas were very well maintained and the location was excellent. Also, the front desk person and the staff were all very nice.
As it relates specifically to Unit 116, my family and I were highly disappointed. The website photos were very misleading and fraudulent compared to what the actual unit looked like. The living room furniture was old, worn, covered with spots/stains and just filthy; the beds and covers were worn and filthy; the floors had not been swept and were covered with sand and women’s hair; the tub was dirty and would not drain properly when showering; television in one of the bed rooms did not work; some tv remotes did not have working batteries or either did not have batteries at all. Considering the extent of our stay and the amount of money that I spent, I am highly upset and just pissed off. Other family members stayed on the Phoenix IV property and their Unit was superb.
What course of actions can I expect you to take?

Great experience overall. I was a little worried about not having a view of the ocean but I was wrong. The first floor condo is definitely the way to go. Easy access to the beach, pool and parking. The kids were able to go to and from the pool while the rest of the family sat outside on the balcony or in the grilling/pavilion area.

Upon arrival(late) unit smelled dank, bedding was dirty ( with someone else’s hair and blood streaks, floor was so dirty that it looked like we were walking on asphalt ,someone else’s dirty dishes in the dishwasher and the pictures of the back patio facing the ocean look like they were taken of the next door porch which showed public grilling area and pool entrance much further away when it was actually at the back doorstep and the patio furniture and space was not that represented in the online photo
After driving 7 hours to get there we had to go to the store to get bleach and washing detergent to wash all the bedding just to sleep comfortably
We left the next morning it was so bad ,cutting our stay short by a whole day , night and morning. Probably will not ever use your service again to book anything, it’s so hard to find time to get away and when we do finally get a chance I would rather book with someone I can trust.

Location was great! Right next to Florabama and the unit itself is right by the grills and close to the pool! The patio does have a gate around it that you can walk in and out of so no little can just walk off

Great experience
Great experience overall. I was a little worried about not having a view of the ocean but I was wrong. The first floor condo is definitely the way to go. Easy access to the beach, pool and parking. The kids were able to go to and from the pool while the rest of the family sat outside on the balcony or in the grilling/pavilion area.
