Prenota ora per l'estate !!! Graziosa villetta in desiderabile Whittemore Shores, che dispone di una spiaggia privata e accesso Newfound Lake. Completamente rinnovato 4 BR / 2. 5 bagno, casa a due piani con grande ponte superiore con vista sul lago e Cardigan Mtn. Casa Aria condizionata (insolito per le vacanze sul lago.) Camere da letto al piano superiore: due hanno letto matrimoniale e una con un divano letto con estraibile estraibili (2 gemelli). Camera da letto al piano di sotto ha letto matrimoniale e zona al piano terra vivente ha due futon full size. Bagni al piano di sopra e di sotto, con bagno di servizio per la camera da letto matrimoniale. Cottage si trova nel proprio frutteto di mele ed è una bella passeggiata al lago, oppure è possibile utilizzare il golf cart per arrivarci. L'accesso a un posto barca, campi da tennis e parco giochi. Si tratta di un'oasi privata che fa parte della comunità desiderabile di Whittemore Shores. Tutti gli utensili da cucina / stoviglie, asciugamani e lenzuola forniti per l'uso. Oltre agli sport estivi e relax, questo è il luogo ideale per gli sport invernali, con escursioni in motoslitta, pattinaggio su ghiaccio e pesca nel ghiaccio sul congelato Newfound Lake, e lo sci e lo snowboard nella vicina Ragged Mtn., Gunstock, e altro ancora. Rondella / asciugatrice. NO ANIMALI o permesso fumare. Nota: abbiamo recentemente finito al piano interrato, l'aggiunta di un 4 ° camera con letto matrimoniale, bagno e zona soggiorno con TV 2.

Family emergencies made our time a challenge before we even arrived, but Lyda was the best host we could have ever hoped for! She was responsive and worked with us every step of the way - thank you, Lyda! We felt right at home immediately in the spacious, comfortable house that had everything we needed. We saw deer in the orchard every day and had coffee every morning on the back deck overlooking the lake. Being able to moor our boat there and use the dock was the icing on the cake! We hated to leave and can’t wait to return!

Spacious clean lake house. Beautiful location in a very friendly neighborhood. Central to the lake and shops. Lyda was responsive and a great host.

We have spent several summer vacations here on Newfound Lake but none as comfortable as staying at Lyda’s place! It is cozy and well stocked with everything you could possibly need! Very clean and well appointed with comfortable beds. With temperatures in the 90’s the air conditioning was a huge bonus! The convenience of the golf cart and amenities for use at Whittimore Point beach were great! We definitely want to return and stay here again! Thank you Lyda!

Loved the home and the location; very private, well stocked kitchen, great beds and overall great home. The only downside I saw was that the beach is very small and very "clique". They were not very welcoming the first few days, but softened up as the week went by and they saw that although we were outsiders we were still "okay people". In addition, with little kids along there was not much else to do but the beach, unless you wanted to travel a little distance. I would definitely return there but with a different group of people.
