Benvenuti nella nostra adorabile casa unifamiliare, a metà isola, situata a soli 8 case sulla spiaggia sul lato oceano dell'isola. 4 camere da letto tra cui master con bagno privato e balcone privato e camera "familiare" con letti multipli (1 matrimoniale, 2 rotelle doppie) e una propria TV / area giochi. La casa può ospitare comodamente 8-10. Aria condizionata centralizzata, Wi-Fi, TV con cavo in soggiorno e camere da letto, doccia esterna, nuova lavatrice / asciugatrice e lavastoviglie. Tanti giochi da tavolo e accessori da spiaggia per il divertimento di tutta la famiglia. A pochi passi dalla spiaggia, parco giochi, gelati, supermercato, ristoranti e spiaggia della baia per tramonti e kayak (noleggio biciclette e attrezzature a solo un paio di isolati lungo il viale). Distintivi da spiaggia forniti per la durata del noleggio. Ottima posizione centrale, una casa perfetta per una vacanza indimenticabile.

The owner was a pleasure to talk to - super friendly and responsive. The home was warm, welcoming and clean!! Loved the outdoor space. Great location - we will def be back!!

We had a great time. Clean, close to the beach but still off noisy boulevard. My kids liked the TV in every room (ha). Owner was quick to respond when I wrote.

We had a wonderful stay while in town for a wedding! The house was spotless, super convenient to the beach (not even a 3 min walk), plenty of hot water for our family of 3 adults and 5 kids, beach chairs and toys, all the linens, stocked kitchen, easy check in/out, wonderful communication with our host. We loved the details and retro charm of this house! We hope to be back!

Fun Fall Weekend Getaway
We had a wonderful stay while in town for a wedding! The house was spotless, super convenient to the beach (not even a 3 min walk), plenty of hot water for our family of 3 adults and 5 kids, beach chairs and toys, all the linens, stocked kitchen, easy check in/out, wonderful communication with our host. Hit the beach right up the street everyday and biked/walked to island market, pinky shrimps, skipper dipper, and blue water cafe. Be sure to walk up the beach Friday night to the free beach concert. Even better than advertised!
The house is immaculate and much larger than it looks online. It's very close to the beach. Jeffrey was a great host and quickly responded to any questions we had. We will definitely return!

What a great experience! It all starts with the owner Jeff. He is super responsive and has done everything and more to make your stay comfortable. The house is immaculate, the furniture and kitchenware are terrific, and he provides everything from sheets, pillows, towels, to a garage full of beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards).
Location is great. Close to the beach. Two minute walk from two different restaurants, and across the street from the liquor store. The supermarket is a three minute drive away.
Modern tech, great outdoor seating area. Your family will love it here!

This is a beautiful beach house, nicely renovated and much bigger than it seems. Jeff was easy to reach and very helpful.
It is perfect for adults only and for families.
The ocean and its pristine beach is literally one block away.

From the beginning, Jeffrey was responsive and friendly. Check in was seamless, house was even better than pictured. Immaculately clean and well stocked. Location was perfect, A/C worked great, beds super comfy. Would definitely stay again.

After 22 years of renting, (only Capes), by far this was the roomiest, most comfortable and welcoming home. Where do I start.... Kitchen had great space, comfortable living room with Large TV + Alexa. The retro decor brought you back. Clean, and bright. The beds sooo comfortable. The air conditioner kicked butt. The patio with outdoor lights made for some great dinner/happy hours. Close walk to the beach. This truly was a great space to bring families together. Jeff was so great to work with! Easy communication, and you can tell he loves his home. Will be back!

Adorable clean retro home! This house is really nice and clean the wood floors were really cool!
There’s an outdoor shower which is very convenient and a picnic area outside which we didn’t have time to enjoy! We were there for only a few days!

Location, Location, Location! Great family home!
You can't beat the location of this beach house! So close to the beach and within walking distance to several restaurants, including Pinky's, Joey's, and the Skipper Dipper! ACME is a short drive away. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms were spacious. Having two full bathrooms on each floor was a plus for our two families. The home was stocked with everything we needed, the linen service was a plus! There also was plenty of parking space. Highly recommend!

It is stylish and retro modern- the bedrooms were perfect for our two families - 4 adults and 6 kids. We had a great time and would definitely recommend.

Great family place
Close to beach, comfortable beds and plenty of room for five adults and four boys. TV’s in every room so everyone was happy. Beautiful master suite and private balcony view. Plenty of parking space. No flies on the beach! We enjoyed our vacation.

The house is just lovely - beautifully furnished and decorated. And so close to the beach!
Jeff (the owner) could not have been more accommodating. His home has every amenity and the location is wonderful. It’s a short walk to the beach, and the bay is visible from the front porch. The grocery store is just a few minutes’ drive and a decent restaurant, pizzeria and liquor store are mere steps away.
The house truly felt like home, rather than a rental. Jeff also offers a towels and linens service (for a modest fee), which I highly recommend. Oh yes - the beds were soooo comfortable. We’ll be coming back in 2019. Hoping we can stay for two weeks next time.

LBI is easy to love
No matter the place we stay we always enjoy it - simply because we love LBI. This house is close to the beach which makes it an easy trip up the street with all of your beach belongings.

We loved our stay here! The house is adorable and only one block from the beach and had everything our group needed. Jeffrey was extremely responsive and made the renting process seamless! We would definitely stay here again.
